This have been my 3rd pair of Beasts that I have purchased from Kelowna's 'Running Room' and given my left foot issues, these are the best prescriptive runners on the market for me imho! When I do purchase I always do my homework and the first place I go to is the Running Room to see if their pricing is competitive. Each time I have been rather 'impressed' with my experience as, indeed, I always leave with a new pair of 'Beasts' and, hmm, the odd other product as well! The Running Room has an excellent Customer Service Staff as they know their runners and are able to direct me in the shoe selection that best addresses my needs. When I asked to cancel the entire order since the main item was unavailable, I was told they don't accept returns on sale items--even though the issue was on their end. I find the displays have the appropriate amount on them so I don't get overwhelmed. They are relatively strict about the consignments they'll accept, so most of the items are in good if not great condition. I like the sliding price, each items price is reduced after a month or so and then again a few weeks later - all of that info is on one price tag. Mostly friendly, helpful staff. Kudos to them for supporting local women through the Cinderella Program.
