This have been my 3rd pair of Beasts that I have purchased from Kelowna's 'Running Room' and given my left foot issues, these are the best prescriptive runners on the market for me imho! When I do purchase I always do my homework and the first place I go to is the Running Room to see if their pricing is competitive. Each time I have been rather 'impressed' with my experience as, indeed, I always leave with a new pair of 'Beasts' and, hmm, the odd other product as well! The Running Room has an excellent Customer Service Staff as they know their runners and are able to direct me in the shoe selection that best addresses my needs. To this end, staff member Deb has sold me all three (3) pairs of Brooks Beasts over the years and has demonstrated the same awesome customer service skills: customer needs first, product knowledge/expertise, competitive pricing and ensuring customer satisfaction! Score: 6/5! See Deb and/or her friendly, knowledgeable staff for guaranteed shoe purchase satisfaction and, more importantly for me, 'happy feet'! Respectfully, Dave C. Kelowna, B.C. Canada

Very disappointing experience with both the store and their customer service…read more I ordered two pairs of shoes online, paid in full, and was later informed that the pair I actually wanted was out of stock. When I asked to cancel the entire order since the main item was unavailable, I was told they don't accept returns on sale items--even though the issue was on their end. The response felt dismissive and profit-driven, with no effort to make things right. Poor service, zero accountability. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My reason for only a three star is that I purchased two things. A blouse (I didn't try on) and a purse. My purchase came to over $50. I get home to find that the elastic is gone in one of the sleeves of the blouse and one zipper of the purse is broken. Neither item is usable. I recognize it's my own fault for not having tried on the blouse and not checking that all the zippers worked in the purse. I do think however, that at such a high-end consignment store that these things should have been checked before putting items out for customers to purchase. I am $50 out with nothing to show for it at all. This experience will affect my future shopping at this store.
