Do not use. The lady who helped was very rude. Very condescending. Not helpful. Poor customer service.

Artizan - My new ring. I am trying to take the picture discreetly so I dont look like a weirdo

It was an exercise is extreme restraint to walk out of this shop with only 3 items. As I write…read morethis, I am pining for the items I left behind. I am in the Indianapolis airport on a layover on my way to Newark, then over the pond to Belfast, and I have a good 90 minutes to kill. I walked into Artizan, a ladies accessories shop. I was lured by both time, and shelves full of bling. The truth is, the last thing I need is more jewelry. The sales clerk was engaging and high energy, and asked where I was from. When I told her, she quickly informed me that Artizan is a Canadian company, with a location at the Calgary airport. She gave me a brouchure, and dangerously, was telling me that some of the items I was picking up were 50% the already reasonable price. Artizan is full of unique, fashionable ladies accessories. Its like the buyer for this company hand-picked the accessories for me. Almost everything was bang on with my taste. I browsed jewelry, scarves, shoes, headbands, sweaters, cardigans and a unique set of multifunctional wraps, that can be used as ponchos, scarves, cardigans ad shawls. No matter how you wear them, they look fabulous!! Check them out at their many airport locations in North America or online. They are worth a second look!

It was chilly in the airport because I was dressed for my destination in Florida. I stopped at…read moreArtizan and with the terrific help of the saleswoman, bought a lightweight infinity scarf. I have since used this item as a light wrap, a shawl to prevent sunburn, a pareo over my swimsuit, a hood to protect me from mosquitoes, a sling to carry a water bottle, and a fashion accessory to dress up a t-shirt and black jeans outfit. Best $25 I have spent in a long time. I will get another in a different color as soon as I can get back to the shop when it is open.

Target Central Return Center - This is *not* the proper way to reinforce a package for shipping.

Made an order on the Target app... That came from this store: Everything was just wadded up and…read morecrammed into a too small envelope which wouldn't be so bad (order was mostly swimsuits and swimsuit coverups) if that is where this ended. Terrycloth swimsuit coverup was literally in a ball, is dingy and smells like it has been in someone's backpack with gym clothes for a week then returned to this store and immediately mailed to me.. One pair of swimsuits bottoms still has the red store security tag attached! I also ordered a Pixi lipstick and (actually no fault of the employees because how would they know...?) it is SOLID. lol I'm talking if I pressed hard enough to actually have any color transfer it would snap in half... How does a lipstick even get that dry? I've had some brands for YEARS and nothing like this? The whole point of me ordering online is so I would not have to go into a store but now I have at least two returns to make due to damage/quality and one item i need a security tag removed from. In the past I always lived by the idea that mistakes happen but the people we have in society right now honestly do not care about much of anything from one day to the next if it does not directly effect them personally... So sad and this Target is hiring those types of people. Target is too big for my business if they no longer care that employees are acting in this way. Who wants to open a package full of dirty, completely wadded up items, crammed into a too small package that are dirty? So disappointing. :(

Whoever manages this place is asleep at the wheel. I ordered forty pounds of rice, an eighteen…read morepound sack of cat food, and smaller fragile items. A GINORMOUS box landed outside my door with a menacing thud, followed by a medium sized box. Any normal person would reason that they split the weight more evenly among the two, right? Nah. That would make sense. Largest box contained three of the four sacks of rice (30 lbs.), the cat food (18 pounds), one fragile thing hastily taped into bubble wrap, and another fragile thing wedged in amongst it all, along with the shipping list. You have got to be kidding me. No wonder the delivery driver looked pissed off. Not to mention this behemoth was first taped shut with that paper type of strapping tape, then wrapped around the heavy end (yep, they stood it upright) with typical plastic shipping tape. (See photos.) PLEASE, review your policies and your workers' actual efforts to see where things have gone so horribly awry. This is ridiculous. People are going to incur injuries from this slipshod and illogical method of packing a box.
