You put contact information on your website, instagram, and your door and you nitpick which caller you're gonna answer? Communication in this business needs to improve drastically. The couches were very comfortable and clean. The TVs were HUGE! They were the biggest screens I've ever had for karaoke. The system has plenty of features, and for some, it may be "too much". They offer they're own karaoke catalog system, an older karaoke system (no videos, just lyrics), and YouTube was also integrated. One of the karaoke systems was cool cause you could see the music videos and can sing along. The only thing we noticed for some songs, the synchronization of music and lyrics were off so just make sure you know the song, otherwise, you're gonna be a beat behind. Also, the YouTube system didn't allow ANY song to be sung. The system didn't support some well-known karaoke channels because of the video formats. Lastly, the choice of Japanese songs was bare, but that's not really a problem if you don't sing Japanese songs. They have drinks and food, but we only ordered drinks because we already ate...and we like alcohol. They had a fairly good selection for hards and beers. Sorry, I cannot give an opinion on food. Staff is awesome. We met the owner and he treated us so well. To squeeze us in on a Saturday was a treat, and also a lesson to us on better planning (well, my friends, not me because this wouldn't have happened lol). The song selection was decent but there were a few songs I wanted to sing that they didn't have. Some of the song numbers were also wrong in some of the books but were found in another book. Sadly they don't have a website anymore as they get mixed up with another karaoke joint. They used to have one and it showed all the different rooms they offer, so hopefully they get it back up again. We were not disappointed, but that is not why I would definitely be back. Let me give a little background. We are only supposed to be there from 5 to 9 at the latest. Initially, it was quiet people were watching TV and there was literal families. They're having dinner. We quietly drank, ordered our food and flipped through the karaoke book for when we were enough intoxicated to start singing. Keep in mind everyone was still eating. My friend, who is a fantastic singer, finally put in a song and out of the corner of the room all we heard was "Oo. Are we singing now?" or something to that effect. After my friend broke the ice and sang the first song it was all singing from that point forward. The songs arranged from country to old 80s love songs to whatever, and they were being sung by people from all over the room. Couple tables turned over while we were there, despite that if a good song came on, people were singing from their seats and it was not an issue to anybody. By the 10 o'clock hour, my friend was singing duets with a guy. She's never met before, but who could sing and the whole bar was just on such a positive vibe. Food was great. The wait help is fantastic. We ended up staying till midnight. Closing the bar down. It was such an intimate and welcoming vibe that we will definitely be visiting again.
