So cute, so fun to browse! One of my favorite shopping spots that we stumbled upon on my short trip to NYC. I love an affordable, cute, Asian store! There are walls of slippers, water bottles, bags, plushies, phone charms, keychains, and even some makeup/perfume/nail polish/mirrors/sunglasses/home goods. The list goes on! It's so girly and cute, for both adults and kids. Cute is the main theme here. I really recommend checking this place out if any of that sounds appealing to you!

Cute lifestyle store which reminds me of Flying Tiger (Denmark brand that didn't survive the pandemic)! I randomly stumbled on this while visiting and really love how you could just be wondering around in one location and just find so many awesome things! This is something I really miss! This store is located in CityPoint Brooklyn so very conveniently located! Store has everything from stationery to kitchenware to accessories and all with fun adorable designs! I was able to find a really cute pink kittie hat ($11) and it made my day! Prices are really reasonable and something fun for everyone. Four stars because I wonder how sustainable stores like these are and are they contributing to fast fashion...

The bear originally held the Boba drink in both hands but I guess because it was cheaply stitched the Boba stitching on one hand came undone

Pretty good prices and a lovely selection. I'm glad this small business is near my apartment. I…read morereally enjoy popping in for a look. I will coming back to again.

So I'm walking through Park Slope with my Dad after a lovely lunch on 5th Ave when I see a shop…read morecalled "Trailer Park." That doesn't happen too often, right? So without much thought at all I declared that we needed to go inside and started across the street. What could Dad say? He gave me a look that clearly said "you're weird" and followed me in. Once inside we were greeted by dozens of items that I swear are in my Grandfathers basement right now. Dad must have been reading my mind b/c he actually said "I think you're grandfather has a couple of those in the basement" while pointing to a set of vinyl suitcases. The entire store is filled, floor to ceiling, with vintage pieces of all sizes and shapes. Big ticket items like tables, chairs and trunks to smaller accessories of baskets & picture frames. The layout and arrangement made it hard to navigate the store and what was more confusing was the location (I think) of the cash register & counter area... It's hidden behind a huge pile of stuff so you can't even see the front door if you're sitting behind the counter. Oh and we were in the shop for a good ten minutes and I don't think I saw the owner/manager once. I though that was weird.. and I can't forget to mention- I found the store to have a bit of a musty smell... which makes sense if you think about the items inside. While I don't think I'd purchase anything it was a cool shop to walk through and brought back memories of Gramps. If you're looking for some nostalgia- stop by Trailer Park
