I have been going for almost two years now and known them since they started out of their own garage. I have never felt stronger as a person and not just strength but in all around fitness and have gained much confidence in myself. They have everything you would expect from a CrossFit gym or "box." If you never have tried it, this is a great place to start. They also offer punch cards! The coaches are Randy, Yvonne and Cecelia. They are a family run business and are truly invested in helping you reach your goals of elite fitness. The number of athletes that attend this box has grown since I have started going here and they even form teams to compete locally in CrossFit competitions for those who are competitive. You will be challenged to push your limits and you won't be disappointed! They are also very good at scaling workouts to meet your level of physical fitness. I go to 6am and 8am classes mostly and it works well with my schedule. Check them out!

Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

    I arrived at 4:15 for a 4:15 class-- my first time at F45 after having signed up for the trial…read moremembership. I was told I could not participate because the class had already started. I told the check in personnel that I wish this business would inform new customers of the need to arrive before a class starts, if there is an arrival cutoff time. The check-in personnel asked if someone had reached out to me and I explained that nobody did. I busted my butt to leave work and get here on time for nothing. With so many options for workouts (including FREE home workouts, online workouts, and many other studios with outdoor workout classes), I am not inclined to return to this gym.
