She is always looking for new ways to meet the needs of the members. The programming and coaches here are great and they have ways of being right where you need them to be - whether you're on day 1 - or day 1,001 of your experience. The programming runs through cycles and all works together to make us stronger and keep us injury free. A previous review mentioned that a 1 mile run is not a WOD. Well, if we've had a week with multiple tough WODs - yes, it might be. It's hard to take a 'rest day' when you love what you're doing and the coaches know that ... so programming helps that along. And last, while I love MY time here every day, I also love that my son feels comfortable here as well. He loves CrossFit Kids. I saw his confidence build right from day 1. Not only is Kari extremely encouraging - but so are the other members. My son gets to see people of all abilities challenging themselves to do things they never thought they could and the teamwork of our community to make it happen. Such a great example to set for these kids.

Great box to work out at! And best prices all around compared to most if not all CrossFit gyms…read more Check out their website for class times. I have been going for almost two years now and known them since they started out of their own garage. I have never felt stronger as a person and not just strength but in all around fitness and have gained much confidence in myself. They have everything you would expect from a CrossFit gym or "box." If you never have tried it, this is a great place to start. They also offer punch cards! The coaches are Randy, Yvonne and Cecelia. They are a family run business and are truly invested in helping you reach your goals of elite fitness. The number of athletes that attend this box has grown since I have started going here and they even form teams to compete locally in CrossFit competitions for those who are competitive. You will be challenged to push your limits and you won't be disappointed! They are also very good at scaling workouts to meet your level of physical fitness. I go to 6am and 8am classes mostly and it works well with my schedule. Check them out!

Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
