It seems to be a popular location because there is a waitlist for many of the classes. It was interesting that there is a nearby OTF location in Sandy and there were no waitlists for their classes. I put in my required two-month cancelation request May 10th, 2025. I was hoping I would only be charge for May and June but ended up paying for July as well. When my credit card was charged in August, I was given a refund and told the wrong cancelation date was entered and had since been corrected. I trusted my membership would be canceled and I would not need to worry about double checking that Hotworx followed through on their promise. Last night I checked my credit card account and found I was charged for September, October, and November for $63.28 EACH of those months on the 1st totaling $189.84. I have been charged for a service I canceled, at a location that is very inconvenient for me to visit. I need to be refunded and I need to be ensured Hotworx deletes my credit card number. I honestly think my July should also be refunded or prorated and am very frustrated. This e-mail is this is the sixth method I have used to try to contact the company since yesterday when I noticed I am still being charged. I have sent several texts, e-mails, and left voice mails and no one is responding to me. I also have documentation of submitting my two-month cancelation in May and have correspondence with the manager about my cancelation. I would if I could reasonably afford and make time! The prices range from 69-99. Sign up on the first day and you are waived from the $100 initation fee. One con I am upset about is the fact that the three day pass has to be used consecutively. I could not make it on my second day so it waives my freebie.
