First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection

This location has been open for a handful of months now and it's my go-to when I can snag a low…read morecredit workout slot on ClassPass! They have dynamic pricing for their starts-every-10 minutes workouts with the super early peak 5am-7am slots being over 10 credits each (over $22). But their off peak workouts can go as low as 4 credits each ($8-9). Perhaps because it's new, the studio is sparkling and bright with two of its walls being completely glass windows. The equipment is a pleasure to use, since it hasn't been worn out. The foam pads for resting arms during plank exercises are plush, the sandbags haven't been broken in the middle and have intact sturdy handles, and the medicine balls don't have threads sticking out or about to open stitching. This makes it easy to focus on decoding the movements on the screen in each station and doing them 3 times each. Plus, like each Sweat440, they have towels available to use! My sweaty self thanks them. Each workout for the day has a focus on lower body, upper body, core and cardio or total body. 4 stations for 40 minutes in total with a minute between each station and starting every 10 minutes means you will be able to get the workout in, with no excuses. The movements are shown on a screen at each station, so you don't waste any time asking someone what the next movement is. It does mean you have to grasp the movement in 30 seconds and go when the buzzer goes off, but there is always a trainer going around on the floor if you need to ask for clarification. The only thing you have to think a little more about is how heavy a weight you want to use for the next movement. There will be 10, 25, 45 pound free barbell weights available for something like a goblet squat or squat press, and there will be a full rack of free weights to do something like chest presses, renegade rows or Romanian deadlifts. It's up to you to decide how heavy you want to go, but it's good to start light since you'll be doing it for two more rounds. What I like with this location is that I've always seen at least two trainers present, one at the check in desk and one on the floor cheering and correcting form. It means if you have an issue with your account or a question, you don't have to wait for the trainer to come off the floor to address it. I jammed and skinned a finger in the weight rack once and was able to get a trainer to give me a bandage for my bloody finger right away. The location is great in the heart of downtown Miami Lakes, where a lot of restaurants and shops have been coming up. If you're in the area, I definitely suggest you check this studio out and get your sweat in!

The concept of never being late is very helpful. Their classes start every 10 mins and there are 4 stations with 3 movements in each. It's a 40 minute workout that will leave you feeling great! The coaches and staff are super friendly and constantly motivating you, our favorite coach so far has been Apollo. Each day of the week targets either upper body or lower body. As a tip, Saturday and Sunday classes are harder as they are full body workouts. Gym always looks clean and fresh and smells nice ;). There are free lockers, a water station, showers and restrooms. We aren't the type that would have gym memberships, but we signed up right away after trying out the free class!

I signed up for their new client special and I have to say im impressed. It is a little on the costly side for gyms, but youre getting so much more than a normal gym membership. You are signing up for guided classes by a professional that will ensure you dont hurt yourself and get the best out of the workout. The staff is super friendly from the minute you walk into the door. The parking garage is free for the first two hours (more than enough) for Monday through Thursdays. The only downside is that there is only one class happening at a time. They dont have multiple rooms/instructors or host a diverse set of classes (or at least different times). There's literally one room in the premise, so one class happening at a time. You have to book through the app for the time slot of each class and its a complicated if those times dont work for you because there is no other option for that day. Other than that, its an awesome experience and i encourage you to try it if youve been wanting to!

I probably could have written this the second week after joining, super friendly staff and members with a strong sense of community, wide range of skill and fitness levels with everyone working on getting better, even members I met the first week were welcoming. Another great thing about zoom is the facility, large and does open gym all day, so if you are looking to do your own thing and not a class you can. The bathroom is clean and spacious, I shower there and then head to work so its perfect and they have in a bunch of little stuff in there, q tips, swabs, I just take a 3 in 1 wash and left in the shower. To top it off, there is a smoothie bar on the top floor, awesome smoothies and friendly staff, even when you go in there drenched in sweat they are cool. The music selection is always poppin' too! They have a good schedule and offer various classes; high intensity training, cardio classes (called Strowke), Culo and Core class on Satudays (booty growing class). The facility is always clean and organized. They have 2 bathrooms in which 1 has a shower. They provide hygienic products, scrunchies, first-aid kit, pads and tampons. Also, they have a lot of parking available.
