I took my father there on Sunday April 19th at 5pm. Before I get started with the negative, I would like the manager of this location to know that they are very lucky to have Maddy as an employee. Now for the bad: when we walked in, at least four tables were filthy. Three tables had their chairs up like they were getting ready to close and there were three dirty tables in the back. We sat at the only clean table. The employee named Katy should no longer be working there. I don't know how anybody gets paid to be that rude to people. She didn't smile she didn't say hello when I told her I didn't come there often she wasn't helpful. I only ordered two sandwiches and drinks. It was a low maintenance order and she literally made me feel bad for making her take the time to wait on me. It was a horrible customer experience. While I was there, some guy came in who had gone home and come back because he was given the wrong sandwich. I didn't hear her apologize once. I took a picture and it's posted on this website of the overflowing trash area. The picture that I posted doesn't include our trash. I had to put our trash on top of the pile of trash. The place was a mess. I will say there is potential in the employee name Maddy she was super excited about the company and how they keep things fresh.
