Our server was very lackadaisical and seemed to cater to whatever table he saw first, leaving ours neglected. Additionally, they serve complimentary biscuits which are very good. However, most tables were given biscuits besides ours. When asked, the server stated "Oh you wanted them? I'll see if we have" Food: We got brussel sprouts and octopus as our appetizers. These were amazing and set the bar high. Then our entrees were lackluster. The shrimp tasted very plain and could use a sear. The mahi was very overcooked. We got panna cotta for dessert and it was borderline inedible. Tasted like sour jello. Wish we passed on this. Overall, I would not return.

I would have licked my plate if my better manners had not prevailed. One of my all time favorite meals on St Thomas. We also had the shrimp spaghetti - super tasty but don't expect it to have red sauce. We also had the pork ragú that was pretty tasty as well. Their complementary southern biscuits were a nice treat while we waited on main courses. FYI- the only item on the kids menu was butter noodles. Would definitely come back!

Hand down the best place to eat in the area. It's very small, but packs a punch with great customer service, cool drinks and outstanding food. Best to try and get in on their off hours to get a table without a wait. We literally ate here 4 times when we were on the island. An absolute MUST to order is their Bacon Jalapeno tater kegs! OMG-They're the bomb! Wings are decent and the burgers are juicy, flavorful and delicious! You really can't go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. Everything is made fresh to order. The decor is island themed chaos in every fun way possible. If you happen to have to use the restroom it's located outside (customs ONLY) The key ring they'll hand you is a toilet lid! LOL You can ring in another way too! On your trip to the john, call in sick to work and stay on the island! You're enticed too by the retro phone sitting a top a keg outdoors as well. Great photo opts! Happy Hour is daily! The Love Shack offers particular deals with half-priced cocktails. We did Margs on Monday! Signature drinks include the 50oz Volcano Drink, Shark Attack, and souvenir cocktails like the Pirates Booty in a ceramic mugs. FYI- They may attach a certain creature to your glass also. Perfect vibe, casual dinning and great accommodations by the staff (for our big party) who were so friendly and professional. This is a must experience spot when visiting St Thomas.

Duffy's provides free parking which is a rarity and right at noon, the mall lot had tons of open spots. We both ordered burgers, one with the standard fries and one with onion rings. It took a good half hour for the food to be delivered but when we got it, it was hot and cooked to our specs. Fries were crispy. Burger was thick with a nice crisp, almost tasted like a smash burger but thicker. Service was good. It was the one spot where we didn't have to pay for a refill of soda. They were playing the best music! No waitlist or host so you have to linger and wait for someone to leave if you need a table and they are full. Great stop.

The views are simply breathtaking, and the property is immaculate and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed walking through the gardens and landscaping, and the pools are pristine. I especially appreciated the dedicated children's pool, which is perfect for families. The on-site restaurants offer great dining options, and the location is just a short ride into town, making it easy to explore. One of the highlights of our trip was taking excursions on the stunning Lady Lynsey catamaran. I've done both the Maho Bay Snorkel and the Sunset Dinner Sail to St. John--both experiences were incredible and I highly recommend them! The staff is warm, attentive, and truly elevate the experience. We can't wait to return!

We made a reservation, but honestly it didn't seem totally necessary when we went. From the moment we sat down, the staff was on top of everything and so friendly. You could tell they really care about the experience, and everything flowed perfectly without feeling rushed. For drinks, we ordered the Vessup and the Carib and both were so good. The Vessup especially stood out, the cream on top was so smooth and delicious and just made the whole drink. They brought out fresh bread to start and it was so good (always a win in my book). For dinner, we went with the lobster with potato and broccolini and it was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were just on point. Between the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service, this was easily one of our favorite dinners on the trip. Definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for something a little nicer but still with that island feel.

Our flights routed through Atlanta to St. Thomas; there are no flights to St. John, only a ferry from St. John (or St. Croix), so we stayed one overnight at the Marriott Frenchman's Cove, which is next-door on the peninsula from the Westin, which is where you find Luna Mar; Frenchman's Cove offers rides in the hotel shuttles, and you can also walk... note that the short distance is hilly, and there are some blind spots but can also hear the cars coming, so if you walk, you should apply common sense and use all five physical senses and you'll be ok. Luna Mar, at the Westin, is a fantastic property, with wonderful views of Charlotte-Amalie and the rest of St. Thomas in one direction, and a view out into the ocean to the other direction. Luna Mar is an open-air restaurant... yet no insects! Unsure how that was/is possible, but we do confirm that there were no insects the night we dined there. Luna Mar serves fantastic food, which I thoroughly enjoyed with my wonderful wife at great restaurant with amazing views - Aegean lemon chicken - "Roasted chicken, oregano-lemon sauce, warm potatoes & arugula salad" - Chicken and regular and purple potatoes... with green beans... atop small salad... fantastic all around... chicken crispy on outside and juicy inside; fantastic potatoes - Provence-style sea bass - "Cannelloni purée, romesco sauce, lemon-garlic broccolini, peperonata, olive oil Aaliya - thank you for serving us on our visit.
