We had heard these guys had lots of bad reviews so we went to a different driving school and liked it. My son wanted to take his driving test here and was excited. The woman instructor had him make an abrupt left turn with little warning. It was raining and he had never been in one of their cars. He turned but didn't get fully in the turn lane. She failed him instantly and said it was a law violation. (No cop is ever gonna write a ticket for that except in extreme circumstance.) Now we are out the money and have to pay again for a retake. This is a pathetic way to treat a new driver. She could have had him pull over and explain things, then let him start over. Nope. We will never go through these people again and won't recommend anyone to them. Very unprofessional. read more

Caution with this place. One, they are much higher in cost than other local driving schools. Actually paid almost 250 less good with I5 driving school In maple Valley. This place tells you they will allow a payment plan, and at 675 for the class (we signed up 2 weeks before the class started. 150 down at time of registering online, brought the paperwork in a day later and on the paper work it asks when do you want to pay the balance. We chose end of the class period or just before (about 6 weeks) they were charging us an additional $50 to make a payment plan, which was ok until they called us a day later after turning in the paper work to tell us we needed to pay the rest of the class less than one week after starting. What kind of payment plan is this??? Charge me more for a payment plan to make the full amount less than a week after class begins...ok, NO. So then our daughter was going to miss the first weekend it started due to us being out of town on a military event that was already scheduled, which the school was ok with however they said she could make the class up that same week after the course began but they were charging us an additional 30 per class missed to make it up. So now we are at 675 Plus 50 for their one week payment plan, 60 bucks to make up the same two classes missed. We are almost at 800. After reading the not so great reviews about this place we requested our money back after learning I5 in maple valley was only charging us 525 and not charging us to break up the payments in two payments a week after class and not charging us for make up days during the week. This place is out for money and will charge you a fee for everything! What's the point of asking people in the paper work when they want to pay the balance if your going to charge then the whole amount one week after class began? And your much higher than any of the competitors!! Insane!! read more

This is an update from my previous review: My 2nd stepson just finished the June to July classes and he enjoyed it. I like the fact that the staff are friendly and professional on all my encounters. I have 3 stepkids and 2 of them have gone through here for driver's education. You are also able to do most of the stuff needed to obtain a driver's license through them. I recommend anyone looking to send their kids to driver's education, to go here. They have weekend, summer, and weekday classes. read more

This is the best driving school out there, three of my children completed this program and they all are great drivers and really enjoyed the program, they will pick your child up at school and do their drive but only if you sign a permission slip, they also reward the students and help them learn in a fun but safe environment. Wouldn't let my kids learn at any other school. read more

Everything was fine until I took the driving test. The driving instructor was very condescending and rude. When you're in a teaching position, your role should be to educate the individual in a positive manner when they make an error, not talk down to them. For you to sarcastically comment whether I had driven before is a poor reflection of your business and the way you treat your customers. Just FYI, I would not have been taking my driving exam if I did not have driving experience. read more

If i could give this driving school no stars i would, incredibly condescending and disrespectful, the owner(lady) was incredibly unprofessional as was the gentleman that helped me afterward, none of the reasons given were adequate grounds for failing me, i was fourth to be failed, seems like the only people that pass are the ones that shell out the 600 bucks for their class. I brought my child here for extra private lessons and to take the final drive , mainly because it had less traffic. They charge significantly more for private lessons than others in the area. My child would score well on the practice drives , then go to take the final drive for the licence and they would fail him, literally after they just gave him a 95% in the practice just days before . We repeated this same routine a few times .. Pay for a private lesson and get a 95% , then fail the test. They kept telling me he "needed more private lessons" so they could take more money . After 2 times of doing this , I was done ! They were very rude every time i would try to talk to them too . I then took him to 911 Driving School to take the final test, and of course passed with a 98%.. . literally the next day after Rules of the Road failed him twice and told me he needed more private lessons. Do not go here . they are sooo much more money than others and will say you need private lessons so they can get more money out of you. read more
