He then said they weren't interested in bidding on the project. I said "Ok. Then thank you for your time." He was shocked I didn't want to know why. "Don't you know who we are?!" he said, like they are some sort of celebrity. "Don't you know our reputation?!" I just told him we were done and asked him to leave. We didn't even make it through everything we wanted to have done.
