Only two days after signing, Jeni had already scheduled back to back open houses. Jeni and her team did some minor staging themselves and really made the house look great. On the day of the first open house, Jeni came well prepared and I'm very happy to say that she managed to get two offers on day 1, one of which was over asking! The sale process was smooth and Jeni was very responsive throughout. Overall I am just blown away by what Jeni and her team accomplished and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Haverhill.

She was knowledgeable, polite, hardworking, and had great communication skills. She truly had our best interests in mind. She helped us understand the process in full and was very patient and understanding throughout. She was quick and friendly when responding to emails, requests, and questions. She was quick to adapt to changes and obstacles posed by Covid-19. Jocelyn made the homebuying process a lot less stressful. During initial credit report review she came across some issues that were negatively affecting my credit and was clear in explaining how to rectify the situation. Near the end while closing was approaching, there were some issues that arose, but Jocelyn fought for us to expedite the process to allow us to still close on time which saved us more than she knew. If you are looking to buy a house, we strongly suggest contacting Jocelyn before settling on a loan officer.

Charlie knew our area very well, used his experience to suggest a reasonable price and told us what to expect. Buying a house was a bit more challenging for us, because of the things we wanted/needed for our new home. Charlie didn't show us anything which didn't meet our criteria. It's nice to have a real estate agent who listens to you and respects your time. We could have chosen another agent when buying a new home, but we liked Charlie's professionalism and it worked out great. We can't recommend him enough.

He was helpful in trying to match us to properties, scheduling showings, asking the right questions, and everything else. He has a strong knowledge of home repair which is very helpful, and takes the intimidation out of the whole process. Todd really went the extra mile for us after we found our new home. Prior to closing, he helped arrange estimates on completing the installation of a new roof. He offered to schedule the estimates, meet each roofer, and broker the deal/see it through its completion. Whenever we tell friends and family what he did, we would hear someone say "Your realtor did that for you?" It's telling that he wants his customers to be satisfied. From beginning to end, Todd and Nick C. from Red Post have been excellent. Definitely contact them if you are looking for a home in seacoast NH/southern ME, or beyond.

Jana came highly recommended from friends in our target area, and she went the extra mile to research, assist and communicate with us and ultimately helped us find a place that met all of our requirements during a very tight rental market in 2022. One year later it was time for us to find a home to purchase, and Jana came through for us again. As you know, 2023 was not the end of the hot housing market in New Hampshire, and Jana was completing a ton of research and calls with and for us. We looked at about two dozen houses, from Salem to Brentwood to Gilmanton. She helped us find a great place in a quiet area. We can't say how much we appreciate all she did for us and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in New Hampshire.

We used Carriagetown Kitchens for the design and purchase for our recent kitchen upgrade. We…read moreselected Emilie after an extensive search for a designer. We have a unique post and beam structure that is not amenable to serious modification. As a result virtually all other designers wanted us to significantly modify the exterior profile of the house to get the cabinet storage and counter tops that we wanted. When we first spoke with Emilie she offered to create a side by side design with our current front running design. She had great visualization software that gave us 3 dimensional views which were very helpful. Her design and cost break down were significantly competitive with the previous designs we had. We then agreed to have her run her own design to see what she could come up with. Her design was an immediate favorite. She was able to accommodate the need for cabinets and countertops without modifying the exterior profile. The quality and configurations of the cabinets were a big selling factor. Emilie created an extensive and comprehensive design for the final cabinet purchase. She worked with us to successfully utilize every inch of available space. The final installation instructions were highlighted with extra notations to emphasize installation requirements. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She came out to the sight several times to facilitate the design and discuss special placements with the primary contractor. Overall we are exceptionally happy with the effort Emilie contributed and the final product is better than we had hoped. The only negative issue we had was a couple problems with delivery. There were a few damaged cabinets which delayed the finishing the final product. However, the cabinets were replaced and we are happy with the final product.
