Jana came highly recommended from friends in our target area, and she went the extra mile to research, assist and communicate with us and ultimately helped us find a place that met all of our requirements during a very tight rental market in 2022. One year later it was time for us to find a home to purchase, and Jana came through for us again. As you know, 2023 was not the end of the hot housing market in New Hampshire, and Jana was completing a ton of research and calls with and for us. We looked at about two dozen houses, from Salem to Brentwood to Gilmanton. She helped us find a great place in a quiet area. We can't say how much we appreciate all she did for us and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in New Hampshire.

When my…read morefriend thought he was hiring a unbiased and professional to assess his home he couldn't have been more wrong about North Shore Realty. Jenna came to the house after numerous attempts to set up a time and discuss the listings of his two homes, She walked through the home and after a brief visit left. Never hearing from her he proceeded to call her numerous times without receiving a return phone call email or text message. Approximately three weeks later He was served with a criminal restraining order from his Ex wife. Without incident he felt this had to be a mistake. Upon receiving a copy of the written complaint it seems that Jana the real estate broker that came into his home had fabricated statements Of violence to his ex wife, this is simply did not happen and has no merit. In my opinion this was unethical and unprofessional. I would recommend anyone in a similar situation to use caution when possibly looking to list their property after divorce with this real estate
