I brought my 13 and 9 year old maltipoos in for a much needed wash and cut. I could not be happier with my experience, start to finish, and my dogs have never looked cuter!

Came in for a self serve wash for my extremely sheddy german shepherd. So many reasons why this place was PAWFECT. Enclosed wash areas which helped me feel more secure with my nervous/reactive girl. All the tools you could possibly need are provided (professional blow dryer, noise hoodie, brushes, shampoo/conditioner, ear cleaner, towels, apron, etc) you name it, Ruff waters has thought of it. The price was totally worth not breaking my back over the tub or in a yard and not having to clean up all the hair Please take all of your grooming/washing needs to Ruff Waters! It is well deserved.

Chris did an amazing job on our mini goldendoodle. He made sure to ask what we were wanting and delivered!! We are so happy with our experience here.

Wow, I brought my 11-year-old cockapoo in...He has a history of being terrified at groomers and has had some bad experiences. After reading reviews, I brought him in for a full grooming by Chris -- so easy to book on-line. I can't say enough. The place is welcoming and immaculate....and calm. Busy, loud grooming places are not ideal for my senior guy. Chris had him in and out in just under 2 hours (unheard of)) and he looks and smells better than ever. So happy we found Chris and Ruff Waters and will be back for regular groomings...Plus, great to know we can DIY if need be as well. Great business, great guy. A++++ read more

What a great job doing a complete groom on a very anxious dog. She fights having her nails done but the owner fought through it and she looks great. Sorry she was so tough! I highly recommend them. read more

I took my elderly 13 year old dog to have her nails trimmed, which is usually a traumatic experience. The owner got down on the floor with her, talked to her, and fed her treats to which there was not a peep out of this dog. She did great and would highly recommend you take your dogs here. read more

Ruff waters has absolutely everything you need groom your dog with professional results. The facility is very well organized, clean, and well run. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. My dog loves getting a nice warm bath, blow dried, brushed, and a tasty treat. We make a pretty big mess but no worries bc you don't have to clean it! Don't waste your money on expensive dog grooming when you can DIY for a fraction of the cost! Plus it's fun. read more

I had never been in here before, but my dog needed a bath.I was going to bathe him myself, but Chris had time to groom him. He bathed him, gave him a trim, and cut his nails!! Only took about an hour!! My dog looks and smells great.. I will definitely be returning!!! read more

Ruff waters dog wash is absolutely amazing! I am new to the area and needed to wash my dog so went here based on great Yelp reviews. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The place itself is exceptionally clean and inviting. I loved how you have your own private stall to take care of all your dog's needs. They have thought of every possible thing you might need to wash your pup. There is a wonderful pride in ownership. Chris was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful and Becky the dog groomer was a godsend! She fit me in to clip my dog's nails, and express his gland at the last minute. My dear pup had his glands impacted and I had no idea. Becky referred me to a vet to get it taken care of. I'm so grateful for the care and service I received today so I thought I should pass it on to others! 10 stars! read more

Ruff Waters is the answer to Do It Yourself Dog Wash facilities! They have put so much thought into providing a safe, fun, and efficient place to wash and groom your own dog. Private stalls as well as grooming tables and all the equipment needed to actually groom your own dog. I am so excited about this place since I am a master groomer I can tell you Ruff Waters is the total package. I am able to accommodate my own clients at this location and still keep my prices affordable. They have allowed me to be able to just groom my dogs and not have to worry about anything else but that. As a result my clients and their pets receive my one on one attention in a safe and stress free environment t. I have had nothing but positive feedback from my clients and I enjoy my time here so much. I love seeing families come in and enjoy the process with the kids! They love it! Everyone leaves smiling and laughing! The owners Liz and Chris are so nice and accommodating to all! Always willing to lend a hand and the best part is they clean up the mess!!!! For real! Seriously the best dog wash place around! Everyone is super friendly and the facilities are top notch. I was able to schedule my appointment online quickly and effortlessly. They give you shampoo and conditioner (which smells amazing). The tubs are completely enclosed which didn't allow for my 100 lb GSD to get out and made it easy for me to get him clean. Each tub is enclosed so once you are done, there is space to put the collar and leash on without worrying. I can't wait to go back for our next wash! read more

We are a self serve dog wash where customers can come, we supply everything from shampoo to dryers and tools, and we clean up after you! We also have dry grooming tables with all the tools. After your done pampering your pet you can use our photo booth to take a picture! $15.00 for up to 30 min in a private wash stall, certified organic shampoo, towels, tools, cookie, and use of photo booth. $15.00 for up to 30 min at a professional grade grooming table, use of all our tools, cookie, and use of photo booth. $12 photo booth only, without wash or groom. $5 handmade unique bandanas for your dog

My wife, daughter, and I love our dog Grayson so much, and we enjoy giving him a bath. The place we used to bathe him closed and we were left to use our bathtub, which my dog and my wife hated! We decided to open a place where people can come take care of all their dog's needs, and leave the mess for us to clean up. We added a fun photo booth to give customers lasting memories of their dogs.
