With me in Seattle and friends who live near her North Hollywood apartment away, who would care for her baby? I started searching online for pet sitters, checking reviews, and am so grateful we found Sera. As other reviewers have said, she is great! She responded immediately to my message, took great care of my daughter's cat, and put her mind at ease with photos and updates. My daughter is looking forward to calling upon Sera again, for a fun trip next time. She's professional, reliable , kind and compassionate. If you live in NoHo, or anywhere really, we couldn't recommend Sera more highly.

In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.

Wow! Thank you, Yelpers for pointing me to this gem! If you have been using other pet-sitting…read moreservices but you constantly feel like something is missing, I'm here to tell you: that something is Tiffany. Tiffany watched our 3 year old cat, George, for the first time over the holiday break and we were blown away by the entire experience. I can honestly say that we will never use any other service. Here's why Tiffany is so special: 1. She is uber-professional. Like, have-a-personal-meeting-take-detailed-notes-put-everything-in-writing-licensed-and-insured-professional. This is not your friend's college kid home for the holidays. Tiffany takes time to understand what you want and need, communicate how things will work, and anticipate information she will need while you are away so she rarely needs to bother you while you are out of town. And at the same time, she is observant and has a TON of experience in this field. So if she notices something wrong, or even just something that might require your attention or a change in the way she is looking after your pet, she WILL reach out to you and keep you in the loop. 2. She is in constant contact. We received multiple photos, videos, and updates on every visit by text. No refreshing email frantically or wondering when she will be over and if your pet is ok. She updates when she is on her way, when she has arrived, and sends such adorable pics. It gave such peace of mind to see George so happy with her. Which brings me to... 3. Tiffany loves animals and she truly understands animals. She took time to approach George on his level, and to get to know his personality and play style. You cat owners out there know--not every cat plays the same or behaves the same. And not just anyone really knows how to play with cats. Tiffany does. She was able to really bring out the playful side of George! It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed he was with her. I could keep going about how impressed I am with Tiffany and her services, but the best way for you to see is to try her yourself. Your fuzzy friend will thank you, and you'll never go anywhere else. Promise.

We have asked them about behavior, training, socialization, boarding, recovery, schedules - you name it. They've supported him through puppyhood, adolescence, two knee surgeries and recovery, and now adulthood, always adjusting his walkers, sitters, dog pairings and activities based on what's best for him at that stage. They were especially incredible during his surgeries and recovery, helping us think through safe care options, checking in on him, and always prioritizing what was best for Wiley rather than just what services they could provide. They have made introductions, recommended trainers and other trusted professionals, and even offered to reinforce whatever training routines we were working on so that everyone in our dog's life could be consistent. Wiley absolutely adores these people, and that tells us plenty.

It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. I hired the valley pet sitters to come for an extra day and came home a day later thinking my cats had at least clean glasses of water and extended my trip. I also left a handwritten note by the glasses of Water saying please do two fresh glasses each time of fridge water. When I got home, there was only two glasses used and both were full of slimy bacteria filled water because they were not cleaned or changed out for over a week. I would not have stayed an extra day if I ever thought for a second the note wouldn't have been read or the notes online that say use two fresh glasses that are in a pile of fresh clean glasses right by the fridge. even if I did not leave the note, why would anyone ever think cats would drink slimy bacteria infested water they would choose toilet water over a dirty bowl of water. You should always change the dry food bowls before we're feeling and the dishes of water rinsing is not even good enough, but everyone that knows Cats knows this. You're a bad caretaker for cats. If you give them water in any dirty dish, that's disgusting and rude.
