Gosh paola and her family are the best. I left my senior dog with mobility issues and they were so great with him. They are experienced dog lovers and I would trust them with my pups anytime!!!! They vet the dogs for trials before overnight stays which I love, so I know that the dogs are safe there! Paola and her family also consistently checkin which is so nice. Would drop my pups off again!!

This review is long overdue! I originally reached out to Create Comfort BNB hoping to slowly ease my very anxious Dalmatian, Sophie, into boarding. We started in January with weekly daycare visits--and now she loves it. Sophie isn't even comfortable at my parents' house, but she gets excited when I ask if she wants to go to "school"! She loves meeting new friends there and always comes home tired and happy. Paola and her team take amazing care of her, and she truly seems at ease there. They send regular updates, the facility feels super secure (double gated!), and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the level of care. Paola is the sweetest and I'd gladly make the 30-minute drive any day for this kind of peace of mind. Highly recommend!

She really loves the doodle dogs where ever she goes

I already know as long as I live in the SFV I will be coming here and no where else. I recently rescued Rosie from West Valley Shelter. She was left with 4 of her other siblings and when I arrived only 3 were left. Rosie was eager to be adapted. I do not know too much about dogs but I did my research. When we needed care I did not think it would be so difficult to get it occasionally. I am home with her mostly but she needs to play with other dogs. The dog park is okay but many people do not always stop their dogs when they misbehave. Rosie is only 16 weeks now and still learning how to be a dog. So she mostly will just sit at the dog park & watch. She occasionally plays with other female dogs. Anyways, I was denied by 2 places prior to finding Creature Comfort BnB. The other establishments said that for liability to have a Rottweiler. She is so incredibly sweet and playful when comfortable. The goal was to find somewhere safe & fun. A place that could follow the training we had going on already. With puppies you have to stay consistent with it. Paola was a dream to speak with her and her wife and her sister are lovely people. They text me with cute photos of Rosie throughout the day. It is fun to speak with them and be in a group chat with a little picture of Rosie in the bath. I thought we would do this just once a week but so far we have come twice. It really better than leaving her at home bored while we're busy with other things. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our dog. We are so pleased with the service. Hoping to try out dog training at some point as well! We were recommended b my cousin whose friend also has a Rottweiler as well. Oh also they have most supplies you need just bring the food for your dog. We kennel train her and so we brought her lamb chop with her. They have a kennel for her to sleep in as well and slow feeder like we use at home.

I almost don't want to write a review so this gem stays a secret! THEY ARE THE BEST!! My dog, Eddie Munster, is living his best life going to Creature Comfort Monday thru Friday. He sadly looks out the front door all weekend hoping he will be picked up and taken to daycare. Wonderful company, best doggy care I've experienced!

My dog had the best time here! Cosmo is a rescue and was afraid of other dogs, but the team made sure to properly introduce him and he ended up making so many friends! The space is huge and perfect for the dogs to get plenty of attention and exercise too. They sent videos and photos for updates constantly and took great care of my dog! He can't wait to go back!

I have been bringing my Rottweiler dog, diesel, to comfort creature for about a year now & I have nothing but positive things to say about his experience & the staff there diesel loves going to daycare & spending time with all his doggy friends. I always get nervous to introduce him to new people & dogs because of his breed & how strong he is but once Daniela & Paola mentioned that they've worked with & owned Rottweilers before it's all like all my worries disappeared! He is loved for & taken care of so dearly & always always wants to go back. I have left him for both daycare & sleepovers & the team constantly checks in during his time there & sends updates including pics. I would highly recommend leaving your pup here if you're looking for an at-home like experience!

We LOVE creature comfort bnb! We needed a last minute place to bring our baby boy for an overnight and Paola and Daniela delivered! They were SO accommodating and were able to get us scheduled quickly. They have everything your pup could possibly need - beds, crates... etc. They have someone watching the pups at all times, picking up after them and playing with them. They are super responsive with updates which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our trip! Bing Bong can't wait to go back!!!

Kane's second home. Paola & Daniela are amazing, caring, loving and great human beings. I never worry about my boy when he's at their place. Their play area is awesome. They have a huge yard that's kept clean and extremely safe. This is a family business including their mom and brother. They have been brought up with all types of animals and they always put their well-being first! They are very easy to deal with too. They also take care of cats, turtles, etc. They love animals! I never worry when Kane is there. He's been going for over a year for daycare and overnights. I actually adopted Kane and picked him up from Daniela. If you want your baby at a safe, loving place for daycare or boarding, don't think twice about calling them. They ROCK!

My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.

I guess it's time for another update because somehow every year I become even more grateful for…read moreAlly and Travis. Lately, I've seen so many heartbreaking stories about doggy daycares: dogs getting hurt, neglected, escaping, or simply not being treated with the love they deserve. Every time I read one, my first thought is the same: thank God Nova has Ally and Travis. Nova has been coming here since he was just 6 months old. He's now about to turn 5, which means they've been part of nearly his entire life. They've watched him grow from a timid, reactive puppy into the confident, happy dog he is today. They know his quirks, his routines, what makes him nervous, what makes him excited, and they have loved every version of him along the way. As dog owners, we all know there are very few people we'd trust with our entire heart. That's what our dogs are. They're not just pets, they're family. And somehow Ally and Travis have earned a level of trust that I didn't even know was possible. I've left Nova with them for the longest periods I've ever left him with anyone, and I've never once laid awake wondering if he was okay. There has never been a moment where I questioned whether he was safe, loved, exercised, or cared for. That kind of peace is priceless, and if you're a dog parent, you know exactly what I mean. What means the most to me is that Nova makes the choice himself every single time. The second he realizes where we're going, he's beside himself with excitement. If he doesn't get to see Ally or Travis, he cries. When he does, he runs to them without looking back. As someone whose dog was once fearful of people, seeing him love someone that deeply tells me everything I need to know. Dogs don't fake trust. They don't pretend to feel safe. They either do, or they don't. Nova has never questioned whether Ally and Travis are his people. Over the years, they've been there through my work schedule, my vacations, family emergencies, and every moment in between. They have given me something I can never truly repay: the ability to go through life knowing that the biggest piece of my heart is safe. That feeling is something every dog parent hopes to find, and so few actually do. Even if life takes me somewhere else one day, if I'm ever back in town and need someone to watch Nova, there is no question where he's going. I would drive hours just to leave him with Ally and Travis because trust like this isn't replaceable. They're not just our daycare: they're part of Nova's family. If you're scrolling through reviews wondering whether this is the right place for your dog, I hope this helps. Five years later, after hundreds of drop-offs and pickups, I can say with complete confidence that choosing Ally and Travis was one of the best decisions I've ever made for Nova. They have loved him like he was their own, and I will spend the rest of his life being grateful for that.

However, after a few short, 3-6 day trips, we left our dog for 2 weeks while we went on our honeymoon in June, and things went poorly. To start with, Morgain made us wait 15+ minutes outside her home (which is in Van Nuys and not in Studio City as Yelp claims) and claimed she had "no idea" what time we were dropping off. Of course, I could have pointed out to her that I had put the drop-off time in the initial booking email AND the follow-up confirmation email, but I decided to let that go...But it was frustrating because we were on our way to the airport and hadn't anticipated such a delay. During our vacation, we didn't get very many photos of our dog, while we were away because she claimed her phone was broken. And then when we came back to pick him up, Morgain again made us wait outside for 10-15 minutes, despite the fact that I had emailed AND texted a half hour before. She didn't apologize but gave some excuse, and then proceeded to hand us our zip-lock baggie (clearly labeled with our dog's name) that had some other dog's kibble in it that looked very different from our dog's food. She rushed us away, but when we got into the car, we noticed our dog had a scab and a patch of missing fur on his nose. Clearly, his nose had been cut and had bled because the scab was dark red dried blood. I texted Morgain to ask what happened, and she claimed she "had no idea" but maybe he scratched it on some bougainvillea in the backyard. Basically, my dog had a gash on his face, and she claims not to have noticed him bleeding. I understand dogs are like little kids and can get scrapes and cuts, but the fact she says she didn't notice and didn't bother to tell us about it is upsetting. Luckily, my dog healed and his fur grew back weeks later. Since that incident in June, we have found another a dog sitter on Rover who has a big yard for our dog to play in but is much better about sending daily photos and keeping a close eye on our dog.

I have 3 cats, one of which is disabled and needs medication 2 times a day plus uses a pee pad.... it was getting bad to ask friends to handle this kind of " hey, watch my cats for me please?" care when I would have to go away on trips to visit family. My one cat needs his medication 12 hours apart for seizures, plus the pad cleanup and usual cat scooping care on top of it... well it is quite a commitment. I was so stuck because I only trusted friends with my special little guy, but was afraid to board him someplace for the daily care, and was afraid of the cost to hire someone to come since two visits per day adds up the cost fast! Adriana is SO amazing though, I am glad I found her on yelp! She is so sweet and kind! My cats are now always in very relaxed and happy state when I return home.... in the past they would be so stressed out and clingy from being left alone! She texts you updates if anything is wrong or may be needed to make your pets comfy, sits and spends honest tlc time with them, and gives them little write up report cards at the end! She is also so great at cleaning up, which I feel awful she even has to do (sloppy eating crumbs, knocked over water, poo outside the box, pee pad, random hairball surprise.... god forbid my cats behave while a guest is there for them :/ ) but she always promptly handles it. Do not hesitate to use her, especially if you have a pet that needs extra care like mine. I have used her multiple times now and don't want to use anyone else! Tiffany watched our 3 year old cat, George, for the first time over the holiday break and we were blown away by the entire experience. I can honestly say that we will never use any other service. Here's why Tiffany is so special: 1. She is uber-professional. Like, have-a-personal-meeting-take-detailed-notes-put-everything-in-writing-licensed-and-insured-professional. This is not your friend's college kid home for the holidays. Tiffany takes time to understand what you want and need, communicate how things will work, and anticipate information she will need while you are away so she rarely needs to bother you while you are out of town. And at the same time, she is observant and has a TON of experience in this field. So if she notices something wrong, or even just something that might require your attention or a change in the way she is looking after your pet, she WILL reach out to you and keep you in the loop. 2. She is in constant contact. We received multiple photos, videos, and updates on every visit by text. No refreshing email frantically or wondering when she will be over and if your pet is ok. She updates when she is on her way, when she has arrived, and sends such adorable pics. It gave such peace of mind to see George so happy with her. Which brings me to... 3. Tiffany loves animals and she truly understands animals. She took time to approach George on his level, and to get to know his personality and play style. You cat owners out there know--not every cat plays the same or behaves the same. And not just anyone really knows how to play with cats. Tiffany does. She was able to really bring out the playful side of George! It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed he was with her. I could keep going about how impressed I am with Tiffany and her services, but the best way for you to see is to try her yourself. Your fuzzy friend will thank you, and you'll never go anywhere else. Promise.
