My dog had no matting, no major issues, just needed a haircut and a wash. After dropping her off I was told that the cost would be 30% more than what my friend paid. A 7 lb Maltese with no issues cost $45 when my friend's poodle only cost 35. When I asked about the cost difference they then told me that she was matted and that it depended on her circumstance. I find it hard to believe that prices can fluctuate from one visit to another. I prefer that a groomer has standard consistent pricing. And doesn't change their tune mid groom. If that weren't enough, my dog came out shorter than I had asked for and her ears were groomed and evenly. I would not recommend this groomer.
