Talking to Josh and the team, I felt immediately that my baby would be loved and taken good care of. By the end of the test day the puppy was happy and doing great! So, we filled out the necessary paperwork and drove off for ten long days. Josh and his colleagues were graciously sending me daily photos and videos of Arlana with a day recap, and I was so relieved to see that she was happy just like at home! She even didn't have any separation anxiety (unlike me)). I am so grateful for keeping my rambunctious, high-energy, extremely social and jumpy GSD healthy, happy, well-fed, played with and loved! As referred by a friend who has been using this groomer for a while, I took my maltese in for a…read morehaircut and groom, and expected to pay at the same $35 that my friend paid. My dog had no matting, no major issues, just needed a haircut and a wash. After dropping her off I was told that the cost would be 30% more than what my friend paid. A 7 lb Maltese with no issues cost $45 when my friend's poodle only cost 35. When I asked about the cost difference they then told me that she was matted and that it depended on her circumstance. I find it hard to believe that prices can fluctuate from one visit to another. I prefer that a groomer has standard consistent pricing. And doesn't change their tune mid groom. If that weren't enough, my dog came out shorter than I had asked for and her ears were groomed and evenly. I would not recommend this groomer.
