I used to love Dots. I really did. I was really unhappy when I found out they were closing down…read more Imagine my joy to hear they've reopened! Well, the joy was short lived. I went yesterday excited to shop. First of all, there's no sign on the building. If I hadn't know where it was previously, I'd never have found it. Secondly, the selection was sad. They have maybe half the stuff they had before and the store looks just like the website now. Blah and unimpressive. What really sealed the deal on this one star experience was the customer service. I said I had a coupon for 10% off, the "spring sale" - despite that I hadn't received the coupon more than 24 hours ago, she tells me that sale is over. (?) Okay, so there's a sign that says text dots to receive 5 dollars off. I tried that. It fails. She says that t mobile sometimes doesn't work. I said okay, so can I just have the discount, that's not my fault. She says no, she needs a code. I ask my sister in law to try the text, it fails. She has sprint. :I So I get nothing off my total because their system is a failure. If I didn't need work pants I'd have walked out with nothing but a soured opinion. Sadly, I think I have to accept that Dots died in 2013. I won't be back.

This is one of the best Goodwill stores I have been to. I've gotten some really wonderful things here from clothes to holiday and home decor as well as electronic appliances. Items are in good condition and the items like shirts and bottoms are in color order. Great experience and I highly recommend coming here. I really want to give a shout out to one of the workers there - a white male who is a bit husky. He rang my items up and told me "you know you have about $20 in perks you can use". I was shocked. As many times as I have come into different Goodwill stores, no one had told me I had free cash to use. I thanked him greatly and he told me "this is what should be told to you ever time you purchase from Goodwill". I now ask for my balance when purchasing items. Thank you Goodwill in Orland Park!

Firstly, what I really enjoy about this Goodwill that I always try to find at other locations is that it has a restroom and a fair amount of changing rooms. This is one of the busiest Goodwill locations that we have ever been to and I reviewed a lot of Goodwill locations! It's almost like Black Friday inside. Staff here was friendly and courteous and plenty of mine was will be replenished as quickly as they were taken off the shelves. Fair selection of men's clothing though I didn't find too much for myself. Great selection of picture frames and wall hangings as well. Prices here are actually pretty modest on a good majority of the items. Overall, I thought this was a solid location check out lines can't be very long
