I went to a few places, prior to here including Mexico to find the ideal doctor that will not only help me achieve pregnancy, but would be there for me every step of the way. From the first appointment, Dr. Quintero was such a great listener, answered all of our questions, was very honest and made us feel so comfortable. He took his time to explain everything and never rushed or made us feel like we were asking wrong or dumb questions. Following Dr. Q's appointment, my husband and I met with Genesis (Financial Coordinator) and once again, amazing customer service! So sweet and kind and answered all of our questions. My husband and I decided to take a few days to think about it. Genesis was kind enough to reach out a few days later and ask if we had any questions. We prayed about it and decided to move forward. We were assigned to Nancy (Nurse Coordinator) let me tell you! She answered my millions of text no matter what day or time it was. She helped me through so much! Every appointment felt as if I was going to my second home, from the receptionist, to the ultrasound tech (Jennifer) they were so kind and warm which is what a woman needs during this time. I looked forward to my appointments because I knew I was not alone, I had so much support, encouragement and care at all times. They helped me stay positive even if the journey seemed to be taking longer or the results did not come out like we anticipated. Really poor experience. Scheduled a first-time appointment when I became pregnant. Had a…read moremiscarriage the day before that appointment. After hospital discharge and being up for over 24 hours I was told to come straight in for that original appointment. I was crying sitting in the waiting room and when taken back the nurse asked how my day was. I'm sure she didn't know, but they should make a note when a patient is visiting under those circumstances and get them back quicker instead of sitting amongst other patients and babies. I didn't even see the doctor, but the PA was great. The appointment was unnecessary, though. Visited a few months later for a yearly. Dr. Cropper was cold and unfriendly. I asked a few questions during my exam and she was short. I later found out because I asked about my miscarriage and health that was considered an "additional appointment" and charged. I've never paid for a yearly appointment and always been able to talk to doctor. At that appointment she also performed an exam without my consent. I was in shock because it wasn't something I'd ever experienced and I believe she could tell because she explained what the exam was for (after the fact). The exam was 100% unnecessary. I had just explained something in my health history that would confirm it wasn't needed so I have no idea why she did it. On top of all that, I asked about her being my doctor if I got pregnant again. She said no because I would be high-risk. For reference, I found another doctor and just had a perfectly healthy baby. For all of these reasons I definitely would not recommend Dr. Cropper.
