The office is so bright and pure and I do feel very relaxed and confident everytime I walked in here. Doctor "M" is very professional, experienced, and thorough on every step of the way. Our assigned assitant "T" was very very helpful and responsive during the whole process. We enjoyed connecting with everyone here and it was an amazing journey. I was recommended by a friend who also came here (she has beautiful twin girls). I went to a few places, prior to here including Mexico to find the ideal doctor that will not only help me achieve pregnancy, but would be there for me every step of the way. From the first appointment, Dr. Quintero was such a great listener, answered all of our questions, was very honest and made us feel so comfortable. He took his time to explain everything and never rushed or made us feel like we were asking wrong or dumb questions. Following Dr. Q's appointment, my husband and I met with Genesis (Financial Coordinator) and once again, amazing customer service! So sweet and kind and answered all of our questions. My husband and I decided to take a few days to think about it. Genesis was kind enough to reach out a few days later and ask if we had any questions. We prayed about it and decided to move forward. We were assigned to Nancy (Nurse Coordinator) let me tell you! She answered my millions of text no matter what day or time it was. She helped me through so much! Every appointment felt as if I was going to my second home, from the receptionist, to the ultrasound tech (Jennifer) they were so kind and warm which is what a woman needs during this time. I looked forward to my appointments because I knew I was not alone, I had so much support, encouragement and care at all times. They helped me stay positive even if the journey seemed to be taking longer or the results did not come out like we anticipated. After everything.... we were blessed with our baby boy on the first transfer!! I am now 12 weeks and still in disbelief. I'm sharing my personal experience in hopes that the clinic can improve its communication process…read more After my initial consultation, I completed the blood work that was requested and was told the next steps would involve additional testing. However, I never received any follow-up regarding my results or what I needed to do next not until I called to ask for an update. Upon learning for the next step I requested a referral letter so I could complete the testing at a facility covered by my insurance. I was told multiple times that my request would be forwarded to the coordinator, but despite several follow-up I never received the referral or any update. To be honest, I never understood why the referral was delayed for so long. Whether it was an oversight, a communication issue, or something else. After waiting nearly two months, I finally called again and decided not to continue my care with the clinic. At that point, I simply requested my lab results so I could move forward with another provider. The staff I spoke with were always polite, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, fertility treatment is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication and follow-through caused a significant delay in my care. I hope the clinic can improve its patient follow-up process for future patients.

However, I have nothing but positive things to say about this office and everyone who works there. Dr. Lee was always very straightforward in his approach and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my first visit. He gave me the option to try IUI before moving on to IVF, and while I can now look back and say IUI ultimately wasn't successful for me, I truly appreciated that he presented all of my options, educated me on each path, and allowed me to move through my fertility journey at my own pace. The procedures he performed were much easier than I expected, and he was always encouraging and supportive throughout the process. Fion - the absolute best of the best. There is no way I could have made it through this journey without her as my nurse practitioner. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly at every visit, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel rushed. I came into the office crying more than once, and she showed me more kindness, patience, and support than some of my own family members. She was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and even tolerated all of my nervous jokes and comments when I was trying to distract myself from being scared. The only thing I would change is having her become a labor and delivery doctor so she could deliver my baby! The staff deserves endless praise. Getting appointments was always incredibly easy. Out of the 30+ appointments I had, I think the longest I ever waited was about eight minutes--and that was because I arrived early. Every lab draw was quick and painless. I always received prompt phone calls with results, and any necessary paperwork or emails were sent right away. Rosa, Julie, and Natalie are absolute heroes. Jennie in billing was a lifesaver. I went through two different insurance plans that advertised IVF coverage, but navigating the actual benefits was a nightmare. Jennie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my charges, clarify what insurance was actually covering, assist with rebilling when needed, and make sure everything was processed correctly. When you're going through something as intense and emotional as infertility treatment, the last thing you want to stress about is insurance. Jennie made that part of the journey so much easier. Everyone's body, mind, and fertility journey is different, but I genuinely believe the team here has the knowledge, compassion, and patience to support anyone who walks through their doors. I'm happy to say that our baby boy is due in March 2023, and if we need help growing our family again in the future, there is no question that we will be returning to this office. I would recommend this clinic if you are starting out in your infertility journey and not yet ready…read morefor IVF. I had an overall positive experience with fertility meds and IUIs here, even though I did not get pregnant. If you are, however, considering IVF, I would look elsewhere. The biggest con was that this clinic doesn't have an in-house lab and instead all testing and procedures are done at a 3rd party lab and hospital. While there's nothing inherently bad about that, I preferred a clinic that handled everything in-house (better quality control, ease of scheduling, cost effective). I did also research the lab they work with and there were some lawsuits I found that made me weary of their quality control. While Dr. Lee is clearly knowledgeable, he did leave it up to me to decide if we wanted to move forward with an IUI when I had 9 mature follicles. He advised me of the risk of multiples and my husband and I made the decision to skip the IUI, but it was odd that the Dr let us decide. Most clinics would not move forward with even a third of the mature follicles I had. Funny story, I ended up pregnant and giving birth to twins anways - at a different IVF clinic with just one embryo that split. The biggest pro is the nursing staff. Shout-out to Bao and the team as they were super helpful. Communication was a breeze and they always made themselves available.

I had a laparoscopy with Dr Smith on April 21st. She was an amazing doctor and incredible surgeon. A few days later, I tried to reach her because my pain was off the charts and I couldn't keep any food down. This was an emergency. The entire day, we tried reaching her through the office and the front desk people would not give her a message, would not let us wait on hold to talk to her between patients, consistently hung up on us when we said that it was an emergency. It was 5:30pm before Dr. Smith knew that we needed to contact her. I landed in the ER and was re-hospitalized because of this place. I am horrified to imagine what other patients may have gone through because of poor management. Please look somewhere else if you can; do not trust these people with your health or the health of your fetus.
