This is my go to wing spot. I'm here at least once a week lol. I'm a bit obsessed but the customer service is great and the wings are really good. My normal flavors are Cajun and Shanghai with lemon pepper sprinkles. The team is very professional and courteous. Parking is plentiful and you can find in if you prefer. read more

Wings were awesome! The honey garlic pepper is unique in that the honey doesn't overtake the garlic flavor, blending perfectly.

This is my go-to wing place. I love that they have so many different flavors even though I always get the same one - garlic honey pepper. I thought I would be adventurous but the person who took my order didn't know anything about the other flavors on the menu and was happy to leave me with "I don't know". I had to ask him to ask the cook. Nonetheless, you can beat 13.99 for a 10piece, fries and a can drink. read more

I was pretty hungry and thankfully they were still open. The wings are too small for the price but they were just ok, with little to no flavor on the mild sauce. A friend bragged about this place but I just couldn't see the appeal. read more

We ordered BBQ wings (crunchy) and teriyaki wings (crunchy) with fries. All was delicious! Fantastically fried wings and amazing sauce! They had individually-packed portions of celery. Even the fry seasoning was packed and not already on the fries! I loved this, as I don't enjoy a lot of salt on my fries. Only problem we had was that It was a carry out order from DoorDash, and there was a communication problem between the app and the store, and they didn't start my order until the app said it was already complete. However, the food was very fast after that, and SPOT ON! I've eaten here many, many times in the past, but haven't ordered from here in many years. It made me remember how awesome the food is! Can't wait to go back! read more

Coming from Wally world, we decided to stop by and get wings. They were just ok wings, I don't like that they gave me a plate full of drums, it should have been equal ( I like flats .....4 people working, but yet the store looked messy so we took our food to go. The restaurant was not very busy, yet service was slow (on a Friday). I'm on the fence with this place. read more

Hit or miss. Every Tuesday my employer buys the crew lunch. We get to pick an establishment within stockbridge and have our free lunch (yasssss). After trying almost every restaurant within this area, we have just decided that Ruchada will have to be our go to (because everything out here isn't the best). Anyway, Ruchada is consistent. Sometimes the food isn't the best but sometimes it is. Over the phone the crew there can be a bit snappy but in person, they are nicer () For cheap eats. I saw go Ruchada. It will fill you up and not break the bank. Besides they always make me a veggie philly and it's super delicious. read more

This place seems to have gone downhill. They don't serve sweet tea anymore. I ordered a 10 wing combo and a four chicken tender combo. I got fried pickles that were waaay over cooked. They were the consistency of potato chips. The wings were soggy and so were the chicken strips. They left out my ranch and didn't notice till I got home. :( read more

Food is okay but service SUCKS!!!! I was trying to call in an order and was immediately put on hold. Since I was already on my way up there I stayed on hold but proceeded on my way. When I pulled up ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WAS IN THE LOBBY OR WERE THERE ANY CUSTOMERS WAITING!!! The girl was sitting the with her back turned playing on her phone!! Funny thing is I was still on hold but went inside anyway. When I got in I informed her that I was on hold for 10 min but yet on one was in here. She then looked confused and played that dumb role that I wasn't falling for! Moral of the story= customer service sucks to be spending your money here bc clearly they don't need it if they are willing to leave customers on hold. read more

This was my first time, the service was strange as the front counter workers were on their phones during down time. There seemed to be no since of urgency to get customers in and out. I placed an order for 10 piece combo and this took 30 minutes. A customer asked for a few more french fries and the cooks told the cashier to charge for another order of fries. Once the food was ready, they did not repeat the order to the customer, the front counter looked bewildered as they opened the package. I would give a higher rating, but I've experienced better service and quality food than what was presented on my recent visit. read more

So the wings are very good. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the gross inefficiency of the staff. 30 min to wait for what amount to fried chicken wings tossed in sauce is ridiculous. This place needs a management upgrade bad. So some additional info around the efficiency problems. When we finally did get called up for the food we asked them if waiting 30 min was normal. The answer received:: we are behind and really busy. Ok we went and sat down and ate through our wings. Now the place was empty so my wife went up and asked if we ordered more wings if it would still take that long to make them. Answer yeah we'd have to make them. All I can finally say is whoever the owner is here need to get involved. They have a good product but need oversight and efficiency. read more

I stopped by this establishment b/c I once remember how this establishment use to be when it first opened but just as memories are left long in the past the same should be so for this restaurant or at least until the proper measures are taken to revise the name and or the establishment. Fairly I want to start by saying the food here is okay "igualmente" but.. everything else with an exception of the cooks was awful I say this because the main face of this establishment and the only person that I came in direct contact with before asking to speak to a manager was the cashier which on this night happened to be a cashier named "Destiny". Let's define the role of a cashier/waitress she or he is responsible for greeting the customers, diligently and correctly taking the customers orders, to make the customer feel comfortable while in the establishment and most importantly to make the customer feel that they appreciate your choice of spending your money at their establishment. And cashier "Destiny" simply did none of these things she definitely did not communicate affectively with the cooks in the kitchen, I clearly stated my order 3 times to the cashier "Destiny" and I made sure that she repeated my order back to me and after all of that.. my order still came back wrong! When I inquired about the mix up of my order the response that I got was "what would you like for us to do, Pour honey on your tenders?" My response was " uh no.. I asked for flavored honey garlic Parmesan tenders not honey poured on top of Garlic parmesan tenders" I then asked how long it would take for my order to be remade I was then told 20 to 30 minutes which was unacceptable being that I had already waited 45 minutes for the initial order, I asked to speak to a manager and a person portraying himself to be a manager came to the front, yes he represented hisself professionally but you could clearly see that he was just a "stand in" although I appreciate him for hearing me out nothing was actually done to rectify the situation you could just tell that he wasn't probably trained to handle matters such as these. The cashier was never spoken to, the matter was never addressed and ultimately I had to resolve the situation myself. Yes the situation was fixed but it was only because I asked for a refund. This establishment gets an F for cleanliness you could see the workers were literally slipping and sliding from all of the oil and grease that saturated the floors of the kitchen, the floors in the dining room were unkept, unswept and didn't appear to be mopped, the tables were dirty with sauce stains on them and the countertop where you place your order had grease residue all over it. This experience has truly left a bad taste in my mouth for "Ruchda wings" and I can honestly say that I will not be back. * Too much of a hassle for mediocre wings! read more

First time here & the experience was just blah. As for the wings... i ordered a 6 piece combo with (HONEY CAJUN sauce). the fries were disgusting so dont even waste your time getting the combo, the wings weren't that good either. Which is disappointing since this is a wing place. Maybe I just came on the wrong day since I see other people love the wings. The sauce was good! As for the BONELESS wings.. Now that is what I will come back for! I got a 5 piece boneless with (HONEY LEMON PEPPER) sauce and it was amazing! I think next time i'll get a 10 piece boneless w/ half honey cajun & half honey lemon pepper. As for the service.... SUCKS! I really think the management should get stricter on their hiring process. Like seriously the 2 girls up front are just laughin n gigglin away with 1 of the drivers (who was dressed ridiculous & didn't seem appropriate for work) and just using dialect that they would have hanging out at a club or something. All loud in front of all the customers which didn't seem impressed either. The cooks kept walkin up front & joining in as well. There seemed to be no type of supervisor or anyone in charge. read more

This will be my first 'review' on yelp.. My experience the past two days have implored me to post! I just started working on the Eagles Landing exit and I made it a point to try all the local restaraunts.. Yesterday was RuChDa's turn; I ordered Honey Cajun chicken wings; there was nobody in line; however, there were a couple of people ahead of me waiting for food, I think it took about 10-12 minutes for me to get my food.. On arriving back at my office, I found the wait was worth it. The chicken was really crisp on the outside (not soggy like I'd expected) and the sauce was ridiculous. I ponied up a little extra for the onion rings and finished them all off.. Today, I went back to try them (my second time EVER in this place) and the cashier remembered my name from yesterday (I only wish I had gotten hers). This time I tried the shrimp with Teryaki / Okra and the wait was only about 5 minutes... Same thing; the shrimp was crispy and the okra super hot.. The prices are really good, both times, the combo was around $9 after tax and for 10 wings, I would expect that from Zaxby's anyway, but these are better.. I will definitely be making it a regular stop on lunch, as I want to try the 'russy' sauce. My only gripe is they offer more than their website shows and they don't have a to-go menu that I can keep at the office! read more

The wings, MuBone (boneless wings), and fried okra are consistently delicious, cooked fresh. The variety of sauces is nice, and many of them are delicious (personal faves--honey garlic pepper, Russy Hot, Shanghai, Honey Cajun). However, the service at times is deplorable. I've called to place an order and have been hung up on more than once. I arrive to pick up an order 10 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready, and they haven't even started the order, therefore making the wait over an hour after I originally placed the order. We definitely don't go there as much as we would because the customer service is so poor, and we always order to-go. read more

They've just had their Grand Opening so you'd expect things might be a little off .. but NOPE, they nailed it. Cute friendly girls up front ... I even met the cook. I got there around 8:30pm so it was past the dinner rush and I was the only customer in the store. For me, they seem to offer a bit too much. Lots of flavors (21 to be exact) for the wings, burgers, a supposedly fantastic cheese steak, salads, and fish. Since it was called RuChaDa Wings, I opted for the wings ... the 10 wing combo. I picked the 'original hot' as I figured this was what got their whole thing started. I also opted for the usual fries & blue cheese sauce. When ready, they opened the box for me to see and be sure that I had gotten what I ordered .. nice touch. I was staying in a hotel just a down the road from so I got my order to go. At first look, the wings were on the small side, there were only three small celery sticks, and crinkle cut fries. The wings were covered with a thick sauce ... the aroma from the just opened box was very tempting. First bite was just OK ... the wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside which is not easy to do with small wings. I must say though that the sauce grows on you ... and quickly too. When I finished the last wing, I was 'satisfied' but not full. Well, maybe not totally satisfied as I caught myself looking over the wing bones for scraps of meat I had overlooked in my mad rush through the meal. Their 'original hot' is more like a 'medium' at most wing places. Their hottest flavor is the 'Russy Hot'. While I was there another customer came in and asked to taste their hottest sauce. They brought him a little cup of sauce and a french fry. He said it wasn't 'very hot' and then swallowed the sauce in a 'shot' with no obvious impairment. They even went back to the kitchen and added more pepper of some kind ... he shot that too ... with no water. So, I guess I'll have to try the 'Russy Hot' for myself next time ... and, there definitely will be a next time for me. read more

Unfortunately I come bearing bad news. My most recent trip over this weekend (Sunday 5/21) wasn't a great one :-(. I've been coming to RuChDa for over three years, maybe a year or two longer than that and the service has gone down. Front end ladies aren't that big of an issue. The problem is with one particular cook who has goods days and bad. And apparently I always catch him on the bad ones. Everytime I go into this establishment my food comes out either extra crispy or burnt or missing wings. Its happened to me on more than one occasion, just this time was the straw that broke the camel's back and I had to speak on it. Now I understand fast-food type jobs can be some of the worst places to be employed but when you working around food some pride has to be taken with it. Im not a big complainer but when it comes to my food I don't play. I work just has hard as anyone, so when I want to treat myself using my hard earned cash, I expect it to well above average. On Point! I don't wish to stop coming here, cause as I stated in a previous review its one of the best wing spots I've ever visited close to where I stay. But I spend alot of money here not for my food to be subpar. ¡¡¡¡Please do better!!!! P.S. if your not going to ever have sweet potatoes fries again. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU BOARD. Come on people, I get tired of asking and you never have them, its been months maybe a year since the last time you did. read more
