Great good crispy wings . They customer service was great. Line was kinda long ,but I understand why. The food is 10/10

So tonight I had my third experience in the last 4-5 years at Wingnuts. I've gotta say, for a third time to confirm it, I won't be back. The first time the food was just not very good. The second, to be fair in 2020 after Covid, I walked in a few minutes before 9:20 with closing time being 9:30 I believe. They refused my order, which really sucked, because that was my last shot at eating a warm dinner that night. Tonight I returned, remembering how much I use to love them. I ordered my combo (which now doesn't come with a drink) and ordered a large coke with it. The coke was $2.99.....which is excessively high for a short order place. When I went to fill the coke, they offer absolutely zero diet drinks...obviously not an option for a diabetic. Obviously, this establishment just doesn't care at all about its customers anymore. It's a shame- I use to eat there multiple times a week. Avoid at all costs- there are American Deli like places on every corner these days. read more

What can I say.... When I walked in, it smelled like old grease. A lot of dust was on the vents (hasn't been dusted in years). 83 was the rating posted. And with all this, I still ordered because we were hungry. Had the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper combos. Be warned, their wings are TINY (pictures are deceiving). Their wing size made the trip very disappointing. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the flavor of the wings was solid. More than likely, I will not order from here again. If you have a taste for wings, I recommend Wing Nuts as a last resort. read more

Wings are too small (go to Grand Wings, Dollar Cafe, Rainbow Wings; then you will know why I say "too small"). Fries are plain, plain, and plain. Staff super friendly, I ordered the 10 pc combo with celery instead of carrots. The prices were pretty good, I got my wings half hot, half lemon pepper, all flats, extra crispy. I really like my wings a certain way, and boom Wing Nuts delivered. I like small wings, they have (really) small wings better for giving me the crunch I like. I like their Peach drink that seems to be a staple in most hood wing spots, I add a little water as usual. I'd say maybe they should ease up on all the extra charges, like maybe two sauces out of their (35) free with purchase? Idk just a suggestion. The wings were made to order so they quoted roughly 15mins for prep, worked out in 10. Clean bathrooms, outside/inside seating, and a big parking lot. Special thanks to the chef who paid (out of his own pocket) for my extra hot sauce I wanted to drizzle on my wings. Garlic parm wings needed more parm flavor. BBQ and lemon Pepper wings were great. They were bursting with flavor and made my mouth happy.

Their wings are delicious. Free from all the extra grease that some wing places use and they aren't hormone-induced chicken sizes. I'm not really into fries but they let you sub a salad as your side in the combo. The price is affordable and they have been my designated wing place since I stoped really fooling with Wing Stop and all many horrible experiences with them and their corporate way of not taking care of customer concerns. And by the way, I now live right down the street, making it even better because it's an easy place to get to. read more

I was looking forward to trying wing nuts and drove a pretty good distance and 1 was very disappointed in the (fries and the lemon pepper wings) the both were very bland the fries had no seasoning @ all and the lemon pepper wings didn't taste like lemon pepper @ all I fortunately ordered some mild wings in the event that I had this problem and the were pretty good also they use ready fresh dipping sauce and its horrible they really should consider changing * they really should add some salt to the fries when cooking so they don't taste so bad they maybe being considerate of people who don't eat salt but if you add again a little you can accommodate them and those of use who do eat it and they won't taste so bad adding a little more to them when you get ready to eat lastly they don't give enough seasoning salt if you ask for it for your fries. read more

Pro: the wings are super tasty...I ordered medium teriyaki (extra wet). Got an extra bleu cheese sauce with the wings and a side of their fried mushrooms. Cons: After ordering the meal and seating myself to wait for the wings, the waitress (hesitantly) walked the food over to our table and mentioned (with an attitude) that she called the order number several times, to which I mentioned that their television was turned up to the max and I couldn't hear a thing from where I was seated. After examining my plate, I noticed that I was missing my extra sauce. When I approached the counter to request the additional sauce pack, I took note that the staff was not busy....so personally handing off my food shouldn't have been a problem in the first place, right?!! Their wings come in a styrofoam serving container (think Zaxby's), which would be convenient if the order was takeout. My service here was always great. The staff always greet you & never have an attitude (so far). I always do call ins and my order is usually done in 15 mins. I'm very picky with getting lemon pepper wings because I hate the whenever places have a smell to them, but my lemon pepper wings never smell here! Ordered popcorn shrimp, wings, and fries and it was all bad. Actually, the wings were alright but they were super tiny and not fried crisp like I asked them to be. The popcorn shrimp was terrible. I wasn't expecting the shrimp pieces to be big because well, it's popcorn shrimp, but I'm almost sure they used salad shrimp and they shrank down to about nothing. This place got 2 stars only because the young lady that waited on me was a sweetheart. Wings - literally, smallest wings I have ever had. They must get the discounted preemies at the chicken farm. best wings I've ever had! I always get their Hot Garlic Pepper wings, their sauce is really hot and flavorful. Only reason why I give this place 2 stars is because they take a while so I would recommend you call and place your order at least 15 minutes ahead of time. The only thing that stops me from giving this place a 5star is the tables and chairs in the dining area are a bit shabby. But not many eat there, it specializes in take out. The food, especially their "MONSTER" burger, is the best cheeseburger in town, imo. As others have mentioned, their wings are without a doubt the SMALLEST wings I've ever ordered. Normally an 8-10 piece is enough for me, but here....I usually eat 20! Despite that, I'm giving 4 stars because they keep me coming back because of their flavors. SO many to choose from, and very tasty. =) read more

Fantastic wings. A friend of mine in PTC told me about this place and it's close to my office-had to try the wings. They were great, my friend gave me heads up not to judge on the size(smaller than usual "enhanced" wings). I had garlic ranch flavor and they were crispy and juicy just like their supposed to be. I have been to a restaurant that cares so little about its customers. I visited and ordered and there appeared to be a misunderstanding with my order. When It arrived, I expressed my issue to the employee who turned out to be a manager and she told me that she would love to re-make my food, but there is nothing she could do with it". I was flabbergasted because I don't think I've ever been someplace where someone was more concerned with what they were doing with the food then serving a customer. She said she asked me to confirm my order- lemon pepper sprinkles vs lemon pepper wings. We could go back and forth all day but I never heard anything about regular wings being sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning. In the end she refunded my money ,so I'm glad for that but, I've never seen such horrible customer service. In the end they lost a customer, lost the money and still had to write off the food. Rather than keep a customer and making sale. I won't ever return. They lost a customer but it not like good wing spots are hard to find i'll find another wingspot. read more

The wings are extremely small they almost seem to be Cornish hen wings instead of an actual chicken wing. Although the flavor is good because of the size of the wing and when they fry them some of the wings are just skin and bone. Lastly the dipping ranch sauce was watery and had no flavor seems like they found the cheapest distributor they could find to provide that item. This was my first and most likely my last time that I patronize this establishment! There are better quality wing spots in the area! read more
