This used to be my favorite wing place but the quality of the food has severely gone down. They have a large variety of flavors and come are hit or miss. Service today was horrible. I live 22 mins away and called to place my order prior to arriving. The young lady immediately placed me on hold. After 4 mins, she came back to the phone and hung up. I called back when I was 10 mins out. She immediately placed me on hold. After 4 mins, I hung up. I walked in RuChDa on Campbellton Fairburn and placed my order. As I was walking away, I witnessed the young lady, Shayna, answer the phone, immediately place the caller on hold and then go back to scrolling in her phone. About 4 mins later she went back to the phone and took the order. Owners should have a secret shopper call to place an order and another one order in store to watch the behaviors paying customers eta have to experience. Crappy service and mediocre, over priced food is what you're in for at Ruchda Wings. I was nearby but wanted to just call my order in, quickly pick it up, and be on my way. When I called someone answered and immediately said "hold please". I held for a while but no one ever came back to the phone. I called back a second time and same thing, "hold". Well I held and again they never came back. I called a third and final time. This time someone answered by saying "hello" as if it was a personal phone line instead of a professionally ran business. Before I could say anything they hung up. Thinking they must be unusually crowded and busy, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just headed on over to place my order in person instead. I walked in roughly 5 minutes later, and to my surprise, was the only customer in the restaurant. I saw the cordless phone idly sitting on the counter and the cashier leaning over the counter watching television. I asked the cashier about the horrible phone service and his response was "what is your order?". Thinking he must not have heard me with a response like that I asked again. He nodded like he heard me the first time but basically dismissed the question. The rest of his interaction with me was very passive aggressive and rude as if I was encroaching on his time. Ruchda wings quick tip, if you plan on remaining in business and serving this community for the long run your customer service practices need a major overhaul and improvement. Please check your food and receipt before leaving, matter of fact count your wings. I ordered wings on a Friday night. First I was on hold for 12 minutes before my order was taken. When I arrived to get my food the cashier quickly opened the box and closed it. I opened the box before Leaving because I couldn't believe 30 wings could fit in a regular take out box. I ordered half Shanghai and half honey lemon pepper. When I got home I had 25 wings some Shanghai and some Hot lemon pepper with a large order of under cooked okra. When I called to complain the cashier told me don't eat the food and bring it back the next day to exchange because they were closing. This has to be the worst customer service ever and the wings were so small they probably could have fit a 50 piece in the box. Ruchda will Never get another dime from me!! We decided to try RuChDa. It's located in a strip mall with plenty of other restaurants, but I'm really glad we came here. Wings are in the name and I'll get to that later. For our hold over meal, Shaun and I both got fried rice. The price seemed a little high....until we got our food. It's a very large portion and we should've split one order. He got shrimp fried rice and I got special fried rice. It was pretty delicious, the closest I've come to St. Louis fried rice I've had since leaving the city. Fast forward to our Christmas Even traditional dinner that always includes wings, and my sister in law goes and gets....you guessed it RuChDa wings! Ordered Uber eats for lunch. They rushed my order! It was incorrect and when I went to return it they blamed the Uber driver. Go to wing spot in Fairburn. Absolutely love the honey lemon pepper wings. We've tried other flavors which are also quite good. The WI gs are fried to perfection. Crinkled fries are good and they have the seasoned salt for you to sprinkle on the fries if you want some flavor. Their fried pickles are also awesome. It's fried well and I've never had a soggy dish. Only negative is a few years ago, they stopped cooking call in oprior to arrival. They don't start frying until you get there to pay. I guess they've been stuck with orders that weren't picked up and paid. So it's probably not even worth calling in an order as they won't start cooking it before you get there. read more

5 Stars .. why not. I live right around the corner and this is my wing spot. .. I"ve tried many of their flavors and I love them all. The chicken philly and philly cheesteak are good as well and the lemonade is crack! Get a large! .. They now have smoothies, cookies and best of all they deliver. The only downside is if you go when its crowded you will have to wait so I always suggest calling first. The people there seem to be hard workers and I have never had a bad order or food that was subpar. I love this spot. read more

Well I ordered the six piece combo last night. I ordered mild wings with ranch dressing because I love to dip my wings in ranch dressing. It make the wings taste real real good so good I want some more now...lol ...As soon as I got home I looked at my wings and I noticed they where extremely small.I thought oh well sometimes when you order wings they are small for some reason. Prior to leaving the store they let you see your order and I didn't notice they placed the extremely small wings at the bottom...Nice trick so the customer will not notice until they get home...Wow very very unfair... I cant believe there is a wing place in this area that's actually worthy of future visits. My son and I just happened to find this place the other day when heading home, we had no idea it was tucked inside of the small shopping center right off of Hwy92 Ok so on to the point of this all, the food. We both ordered the 10 piece wings combo which comes with 1 side item and a drink. My son ordered honey garlic pepper wings with fries and I opted for the same but added a 2nd flavor to the other half of my wings, shanghaii and I also ordered onion rings for my side. I'm not sure how the fries were as my son ate them so quickly I wasn't able to try any. The onion rings were pretty good. Battered which is how I prefer them. The wings were absolutely deslih. They were fried to perfection. I normally ask most places to fry my wings hard, just because I cant stand to receive a wing with rubbery skin. I did not request this when I placed my order here but that's ok but because my wings were served to me just right. They were crispy, sauced just enough without being overly sauced and seasoned just right. We definitely plan to visit this place again soon.
