I've heard everyone rave over their wings, but I run a chicken restaurant and I wasn't interested in chicken. I tried the 2 piece tilapia combo. The fish was a little scorched and wasn't well seasoned at all and the okra was about 1/4 scorched. A lot of complaints about their service times, but mine was fine and the line was pretty steady. I'm over this way often, but I probably won't come back in here. read more

WINGS are A+.... Service SUCKS!!! This location is SUPER SLOW. Is doesn't matter if they have 1 customer or 101 customers your wait time will NEVER be less than 35 minutes, EVER!!! read more

I've had nothing but great service there and the wings are wonderful!! Cajun Honey is my favorite and must try!

Terrible! Never again. And got the nerve to charge all that mobe for them sorry azz wings. Naw, I'm good. Can't get no more of my money

I am really hooked on these wings. Love the honey BBQ and the garlic parmesan and fried okra. I had a party and ordered 200 wings from here. Everyone at the party asked me where did I get the wings from and how good they were. They are great if you are having a party and they were priced lower then the other wing places in the Fairburn union city area. The service is pretty good as well and they are very consistent. I saw someone review and it say's the service is slow, I always call in to order mine and they always say 10-15 minute wait. When I get there, my order is always ready. Oh and they deliver, that's a plus!!! read more

This location takes great care of you. I work in the area and they get you in and out quickly. Wings and Philly Cheese combo is a must. The customer service is always great. The young lady up front is always pleasant. In my opinion this location is the best. read more

Wings were good and flavorful but a bit small. I am a cheesesteak lover...best around. reminded me of Philly cheesesteaks. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean. read more

I thought I would try alone before introduce to hubby. Disappointed based on the reviews. First off; although friendly, the cashier does not know the difference between battered and breaded onion rings. I prefer battered and I asked to confirm but she said no; however picture looks battered. I planned to order wings, onion rings, and okra but took onion rings off my order based on the cashier. I am giving them 1 star because the portion size of okra was descent however some were hard. The other star goes for the wing flavor that could have been if the wings were not fried in OLD rancid oil. When I arrived home an opened the box I did not smell garlic parmesan like expected, I smelled oil/grease/etc. The wings were also overcooked. This was almost near a no star review but I may give them a second chance based on other reviews! read more

Tried to call in a order and was put on hold without even asking why I was calling. Stayed on hold for 10mins while I drove to Ruchda. They took my order in person while i was still on hold and they forgot they had potential customers holding ahead of the walk ups. Great wings terrible service. read more

They have the best wings especially the garlic pepper wings and their Philly cheese steak is the bomb.

Good wings! I know many people have complained about service, but I have only had good interactions, and we've been there at least 5 times.

Good neighborhood place. The wings were tasty and they have an excellent Philly cheese steak too.

The service that this location is not acceptable. Placed a delivery order, order arrived cold and incorrect. When I called about the issues they told me that they would remake the wings. I also requested to have the manager call me, he never called. This showed me that they do not care about the customers or the products they produce. read more

One of the best philly cheese steaks in town. Love the wings, lemon pepper is the way I like to roll. Great onion rings. The service here is always very friendly. One of my favorite places to eat wings. read more

This wing place is on point.. Being new to the area, I was looking for a spot to grab some decent wings and this hit the spot. Much better than the overpriced chain wing place across the parking lot. I will continue to support as long as the spicy lemon pepper wings are on point! read more

Attractive young cashiers were a good start. Short wait for the food wasn't bad. Getting harassed over my ID & debit card was inconvenient. Don't give your child your bank card & ask him to get some food. But I figured, if people are using credit fraud for their wings, they must be good. Well, the wings were tasty, but my fries were horrific. It sucked because I ordered the family size. At the counter, they open the lids on the boxes as if you've never seen food before. Everything looked good, but I should've ate a fry at the counter. I would've known to get a new batch. Three stars. read more

The food probably would've been good but I just couldn't stomach more than two bites. I had already ordered my food and when I went to the counter to pick it up, a gigantic cockroach nearly walked over the customer's foot as he was ordering. I alerted him as we both jumped back. The most disturbing part was that none of the employees seemed to care. When they saw us jump back and I told them what it was, they carried on business as usual. Last time going there. read more

This restaurant is slowly going down hill day by day . I use to be a loyal customer here use to eat there at least 5-7 days out of a month they customer service sucks so bad now I don't even go there as often I had a bad experience like in October then I said never again will I go back but I was in the area today and said okay let me give them another try (boy oh boy I should have kept going smh) they always hiring new cashiers with some mess up attitudes it's like why spend money here. Please don't waste your time going to this place . Please start reading reviews people. I honestly can tell you this place is not the same as it use to be also they stay with different so call supervisor when the owner not there. They all about money not they customers they will give you whatever and not what you ask for..... Take the drive and go to another wing spot . read more

These are the best wings around. I absolutely love them. My favorite are the honey Cajun, delicious, to say the least. I see a lot of negative comments regarding the service. I visit them often and I have NEVER had a negative experience. Everyone is always pleasant and very accommodating. I usually call my order in before arriving. It can take a minute, as they are prepared to order. Sorry for those of you who have had unpleasant encounters, but I do encourage you to give them another shot. read more

Food is good but the wait is ridiculous... You'd better order on line if you don't want to sit waiting for your food

Nice Philly Cheese steak! Add some wings, and you can have a good night of football.

Food is expensive but pretty good NOT worth the wait or horrible service. No one ever picks up the phone to place order ahead of time. If you have time to blow, knock yourself out, not me. read more

I live in the area of the Campbellton Fairburn location the first time I went it took over 50 minutes to get my meal. The next time it was about the same. The food is ok the main reason I go there is because they are the closest wing spot to my house. read more

I use to eat here all the time but they won even deliver anymore. It's not worth the drive to deal with their slow and rude staff.

Their wings are good. But One day I decided to place an in store order and the service was horrible! I watched the girls at the counter repeatedly pull ticket after ticket over and over again to see if the order was ready. I was told it would take 15 mins for my order and 30 mins later it still was not ready. I simply told them to cancel my order. After searching for my food found that the fries were missing. REALLY! I told them no thanks because I did not know how long the other part of my order had been sitting! Who wants cold food? Don't think I will go back. They need to train their front counter folks and get better organized at pulling and fulfilling food orders. read more

This place has pretty decent wings with lots of flavors. The Philly sandwiches are good 2 but they don't have a lot on the menu. The restaurant is kinda dull looking plus if you don't order a head of time, like call it in before u go; it can take 30 to 40 mins to get food. If it's not busy 10 to 15 mins to get food. read more

Like the food, staff is ridiculous. Tried togo, delivery and in store always something stupid or a pain. I have tried several times, and finally gave up. read more

I had a horrible experience and wont be going back. This was my first time, I have two small children so when we go places I always let them share a chicken finger plate. Well i looked at number 7 on the menu and the picture looked like TENDERS. I was mortified when I received my order and they were nuggets. When i complained i was told that it would be 15 mins if i wanted to pay for more. Also they are very unorganized. The customer should not have to remind you that they ordered drinks, that they need napkins, and that this meal came with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. after spending $28 I had to go to Zaxby's and order Chicken fingers for my children ($4). Also the fries were limp and cold. HORRIBLE. read more

Never order delivery from this place. We put in an order at 6:45pm with a delivery of 8:15pm. You know what time our order showed up, 10:30pm! We called 4 times and were lied to the first three times about our order being on the way. Apparently, they had some catering order that they did not properly prepare for which backed up all their other orders. Instead of telling us the truth, they repeatedly lied. Horrible service! read more

A bit slow for a Sunday after church. .... But the wings were delicious. I'll return next Sunday with 3 guests.

Honey Cajun is seriously the best! I wouldn't recommend going on a Friday or Saturday

The food is good, but the service is slow. If you want good customer service, do not go here. If you want good wings and can ignore horrrible customer service and don't mind waiting a LONG time even on call in orders, this is the place for you. read more

The customer service is terrible . The employees spend more time on their phones and chatting with each other, than servicing the patrons. I spent more time swatting flies than eating my food, which came out late and incorrect. read more

I've only had the wings (various flavors) and the fried okra and have been completely satisfied. Both have been cooked just right. The staff is great. They work hard, are extremely efficient in getting out the orders, are friendly, and make it a pleasure to be a customer. I typically order online to avoid waiting during peak times. This is my favorite spot to grab wings. read more

Terrible service. Cashiers are inattentive. My order was completed about 15 minutes after I ordered it, but it took an additional 20 minutes because the staff didn't bother to call my number. I will not be going back. read more

They are alright. It was really convenient when they delivered. However, they stopped and I have not gone out of the way to eat there anymore read more

I waited 45 minutes for sme chicken wings. The service was horrible. Only one cashier. People that called in received their food before I did. They have good wings but the service wasn't worth it. The cashier didn't even apoligize for the long wait. read more

This is the worst wing spot i ever been to. I live 3mins away from this Ruchda wing spot in Fairburn Ga. I am disappointed in myself for keep going back the last time I been here, I went through the exact same thing. Old cold dried up wing. The Best wing spot to go to is Cafe Corner Wings In Union City if you want Excellent Wing and you don't have to tell them to cook your wing fresh that's automatic. This Ruchda Spot you tell them to cook your wing fresh they say ok. Then give you wing I cannot chew because there so hard and dried up. I spend my money with your store and I can't get what I ordered. Tell me no you can't cook fresh wing to your customers so we can have the opportunity to go else were. The 10min drive to Cafe Corner Wings is worth it. Ruchda In Fairburn is the Worst wing spot I ever been to. If you care about Fresh cooked wings go somewhere else. Because its obvious they don't care about customer service. read more

I bought a Groupon and decided to check this place out. I walked in and there was one couple ahead of me but for some reason it took almost ten minutes to have my order taken. There were two women taking orders behind the counter and one was on the phone and obviously didn't know what she was doing because she kept interrupting the other girl to help her. There were at least three people cooking but the one girl that was helping the couple in front of me had to keep stopping to tell the other girl what to do with her phone order. Once she even told her, "You can't put the phone down like that you have to ask them to hold". It was COMPLETELY unacceptable service and honestly the food was mediocre at best. Not sure how these wings are award winning, maybe I just got the wrong flavor? Now they were crispy and fresh but nothing I would brag about. Please train your people properly because no one should stand in line with only one person in front of them, two people taking orders and at least three people I saw cooking! I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend based upon how unorganized they were read more
