I cant believe there is a wing place in this area that's actually worthy of future visits. My son and I just happened to find this place the other day when heading home, we had no idea it was tucked inside of the small shopping center right off of Hwy92 Ok so on to the point of this all, the food. We both ordered the 10 piece wings combo which comes with 1 side item and a drink. My son ordered honey garlic pepper wings with fries and I opted for the same but added a 2nd flavor to the other half of my wings, shanghaii and I also ordered onion rings for my side. I'm not sure how the fries were as my son ate them so quickly I wasn't able to try any. The onion rings were pretty good. Battered which is how I prefer them. The wings were absolutely deslih. They were fried to perfection. I normally ask most places to fry my wings hard, just because I cant stand to receive a wing with rubbery skin. I did not request this when I placed my order here but that's ok but because my wings were served to me just right. They were crispy, sauced just enough without being overly sauced and seasoned just right. We definitely plan to visit this place again soon. I've heard everyone rave over their wings, but I run a chicken restaurant and I wasn't interested in chicken. I tried the 2 piece tilapia combo. The fish was a little scorched and wasn't well seasoned at all and the okra was about 1/4 scorched. A lot of complaints about their service times, but mine was fine and the line was pretty steady. I am really hooked on these wings. Love the honey BBQ and the garlic parmesan and fried okra. I had a party and ordered 200 wings from here. Everyone at the party asked me where did I get the wings from and how good they were. They are great if you are having a party and they were priced lower then the other wing places in the Fairburn union city area. The service is pretty good as well and they are very consistent. I saw someone review and it say's the service is slow, I always call in to order mine and they always say 10-15 minute wait. When I get there, my order is always ready. I thought I would try alone before introduce to hubby. Disappointed based on the reviews. First off; although friendly, the cashier does not know the difference between battered and breaded onion rings. I prefer battered and I asked to confirm but she said no; however picture looks battered. I planned to order wings, onion rings, and okra but took onion rings off my order based on the cashier. I am giving them 1 star because the portion size of okra was descent however some were hard. The other star goes for the wing flavor that could have been if the wings were not fried in OLD rancid oil. When I arrived home an opened the box I did not smell garlic parmesan like expected, I smelled oil/grease/etc. The wings were also overcooked. The food probably would've been good but I just couldn't stomach more than two bites. I had already ordered my food and when I went to the counter to pick it up, a gigantic cockroach nearly walked over the customer's foot as he was ordering. I alerted him as we both jumped back. The service that this location is not acceptable. Placed a delivery order, order arrived cold and incorrect. When I called about the issues they told me that they would remake the wings. Attractive young cashiers were a good start. Short wait for the food wasn't bad. Getting harassed over my ID & debit card was inconvenient. Don't give your child your bank card & ask him to get some food. But I figured, if people are using credit fraud for their wings, they must be good. Well, the wings were tasty, but my fries were horrific. It sucked because I ordered the family size. At the counter, they open the lids on the boxes as if you've never seen food before. These are the best wings around. I absolutely love them. My favorite are the honey Cajun, delicious, to say the least. I see a lot of negative comments regarding the service. I visit them often and I have NEVER had a negative experience. Everyone is always pleasant and very accommodating. I usually call my order in before arriving. Their wings are good. But One day I decided to place an in store order and the service was horrible! I watched the girls at the counter repeatedly pull ticket after ticket over and over again to see if the order was ready. I was told it would take 15 mins for my order and 30 mins later it still was not ready. I simply told them to cancel my order. After searching for my food found that the fries were missing. REALLY! I told them no thanks because I did not know how long the other part of my order had been sitting! Who wants cold food? Don't think I will go back. This place has pretty decent wings with lots of flavors. The Philly sandwiches are good 2 but they don't have a lot on the menu. I had a horrible experience and wont be going back. This was my first time, I have two small children so when we go places I always let them share a chicken finger plate. Well i looked at number 7 on the menu and the picture looked like TENDERS. I was mortified when I received my order and they were nuggets. When i complained i was told that it would be 15 mins if i wanted to pay for more. Also they are very unorganized. The customer should not have to remind you that they ordered drinks, that they need napkins, and that this meal came with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. after spending $28 I had to go to Zaxby's and order Chicken fingers for my children ($4). Never order delivery from this place. We put in an order at 6:45pm with a delivery of 8:15pm. You know what time our order showed up, 10:30pm! We called 4 times and were lied to the first three times about our order being on the way. Apparently, they had some catering order that they did not properly prepare for which backed up all their other orders. Instead of telling us the truth, they repeatedly lied. I've only had the wings (various flavors) and the fried okra and have been completely satisfied. Both have been cooked just right. The staff is great. They work hard, are extremely efficient in getting out the orders, are friendly, and make it a pleasure to be a customer. I typically order online to avoid waiting during peak times. The Best wing spot to go to is Cafe Corner Wings In Union City if you want Excellent Wing and you don't have to tell them to cook your wing fresh that's automatic. This Ruchda Spot you tell them to cook your wing fresh they say ok. Then give you wing I cannot chew because there so hard and dried up. I spend my money with your store and I can't get what I ordered. Tell me no you can't cook fresh wing to your customers so we can have the opportunity to go else were. The 10min drive to Cafe Corner Wings is worth it. Ruchda In Fairburn is the Worst wing spot I ever been to. If you care about Fresh cooked wings go somewhere else. I bought a Groupon and decided to check this place out. I walked in and there was one couple ahead of me but for some reason it took almost ten minutes to have my order taken. There were two women taking orders behind the counter and one was on the phone and obviously didn't know what she was doing because she kept interrupting the other girl to help her. There were at least three people cooking but the one girl that was helping the couple in front of me had to keep stopping to tell the other girl what to do with her phone order. Once she even told her, "You can't put the phone down like that you have to ask them to hold". It was COMPLETELY unacceptable service and honestly the food was mediocre at best. Not sure how these wings are award winning, maybe I just got the wrong flavor? Now they were crispy and fresh but nothing I would brag about. Please train your people properly because no one should stand in line with only one person in front of them, two people taking orders and at least three people I saw cooking!
