For some reason my bf loves this place and I can't understand why. It's grimy and gross. Less than dive bar status in my opinion. I had one drink and had to leave. A couple of the patrons sitting at the bar there on the night I joined my bf were loud and obnoxious. Then some dude walked in already two sheets to the wind (probably got kicked out of another bar) and they still served him two drinks in the time I finished my one. And there was a gal hitting on all the men to play pool with her. Just not my type of place or my crowd. Will pick the Crest over this place anytime hands down. read more

Cute bar with plenty of parking. Great customer service. I love that there is a little store right next door for munchies. Good, simple dive bar. Came in here on a Sunday night to a fairly empty bar, which I like. The beer was kind of expensive for a run down dive bar on a Sunday night at 8 dollars a glass. What do people expect? Limo service and someone to wipe their butt after using the bathroom? It's a dive bar. It's obvious from the neighborhood, obvious from the parking lot, and obvious from the bar itself. So why are people surprised when they come here and they don't carry fancy microbrews? Do they go to McDonalds and get pissed that they don't serve Fuji water? Come on. For what it is and what it advertises to be, Temrose is fantastic. The drinks are strong, so you definitely get what you pay for. There are no huge flat screens and 30 different brews, but what they do have is given un-stingyly. read more
