The fence installation overall went well but we immediately noticed some issues (warping, boards coming loose, gate installed backward, nails protruding), and it took several calls and texts to have someone come back out. If you are looking for an honest, skilled contractor, contact this business. Troy (the owner) gave…read moreus an estimate, stuck to it, showed up on time as we agreed, cleaned up, and most importantly DID the Quality work! He replaced a section of our siding where our garage roof met the house just underneath the main roof (a tight space) and then down to the ground. The old siding and fascia boards were water-damaged and squirrel feed. He personally did this work because his crew was working on a bigger project. He could have turned down or delayed this "small" job (less than $5K) but he chose to go the extra mile and do it himself. He didn't damage the roof or our rose bush. He even fixed a soft spot in the corner that we didn't ask him to, because that's the kind of quality contractor he is. He was recommended to us by a mutual friend who used Qualified Home Solutions for a bigger job years ago. Now, I Highly recommend this company.

Cannot day enough about how hard it is to find someone honest who still cares about the quality and the customer's satisfaction. No corners were cut, the project happened on time (actually finished AHEAD of time) and it's all excellent quality materials. When you find a good contractor you don't let them get away!!! I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October. Richard S.
