We eat there at least once weekly. Great menu and salad bar is the best around. Service is always great.

Food was absolutely amazing and great portions. My friend got the catfish and it was a bit small portion for the price but mine was great! Kids eat free on Tuesday's. Not a lot of customers so you have a peaceful atmosphere. My only complaint was I kept feeling like I needed to pay the check and couldn't relax with my kids before my trip back home I next state. Probably just more me and her just trying to make sure we didn't need anything. Harmless really but definitely a bit uncomfortable. All around I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

It's been years since I last been to a Ruby Tuesday and I was shocked they're restaurants that's still open in parts of Alabama since most of them had closed. We ended up stopping for lunch after our trip to Unclaimed Baggage Center(which is another review for later) and we were seated immediately from the hostess who's also became our waitress. I noticed they didn't have but only two waitresses throughout our time inside the restaurant. She managed to get our water and we ordered chicken quesadilla since I had a coupon for a free appetizer when signing up for there email. The chicken quesadilla was the best I ever had from any restaurants and I would sure recommend it. My mom got a salad from the salad bar and my boyfriend got the salad bar added to his entree. I ended up getting baby back ribs with loaded fries and grilled zucchini. I ended up eating some of the salad off my mom plate since our entree was taken long to come out, but once it did, I ate what I could and took the rest home. The ribs were definitely tender and the loaded fries was good. As for the salad bar, everything on my mom and boyfriend plates looks fresh and they both enjoyed it. Second time I have come in here. Figured after the first bad experience, I would give it a second shot. Even worse. The waitresses have all been great. But both times I have come in my food was undercooked. First the steak and this time, the tilapia. The fish was actually still frozen. I ordered through Uber eats from a hotel less than two miles away. Was unable to drive for dinner because of vehicle shortage. My order was completely missing the ribs from a steak rib duo. Uber is very unhelpful. The store offered an apology but completely admitted it was their kitchens fault. They offered complementary ribs the next time I visit in person... I travel for work weekly and will probably not be here again for months. Zero resolution. $40 lost. And yes, the steak was overcooked beyond what would happen during the short delivery unfortunately. The best thing they have is the salad bar but the dressings weren't labeled so it was a bit of roulette to guess what each would be and sadly they were out of croutons and as anyone that's been to Ruby Tuesdays their signature dark croutons are a big part of why the salad bar is so good. Not bad as far as Ruby Tuesdays go. The salad bar was clean & tidy, possibly partly because the place was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon. The onion rings were surprisingly fresh and crisp. I half expected them to come out limpy and dull. The Philly cheesesteak wontons were pretty bland. Not nearly enough filling and too much wonton. There was some kind of sauce on it that tasted like nothing. The sliders were pretty good, the fries fresh and hot. The skillet caramel Apple pie is quite good. Pretty simple dish. I wish the skillet had come out sizzling but that's just a magic trick, really; pomp and circumstance. But it would've made the experience of eating out of a skillet more exciting. I am with the family and we decided to come here to eat. (Currently writing this inside the restaurant.) I got the mini corn dogs with fries, My grandfather got the cheese burger, and my grandmother got the salad and cheddar and broccoli soup. Very good taste. I like it very much. We arrived before the dinner rush hour. My wife ordered the salad bar and I ordered a 8oz medium steak and potatoe; 30 minutes later my steak arrived over-cooked and brown, looked like a 4oz turd, potato was so shriveled up and dried up a dog wouldnt eat it (entire order wrong). Tea was horrible and waitress was incredibly RUDE. She got the manager over who explained his lack of attention to his wait staff and kitchen staff and made up every excuses imaginable and offered to take my meal off ticket, which was appropriate. So we really like the food here, it has been fresh every visit. If you are wondering why my review is low it boils down to safety. The state has mandated the use of a mask to enter and NO ONE has worn them in the door. If you won't enforce it, you will get no more of our business. Three of us enjoyed a really good and affordable lunch here. I had a pasta primavera and side salad for $6.99. My ice tea came in a big glass mug with lots of ice. Veggies in both dishes were fresh and flavorful and brought to us with a very nice server Lynett. My friends ordered cheese burgers and they really liked them. Was glad to see a Ruby Tuesdays still open as all of the ones around us have closed. We were in the mood for their salad bar so stopped in on our way between destinations. The salad bar was every bit as delicious as remembered and they provided gloves for you to wear as you served yourself though the majority of people didn't use one for some unexpicible reason. The one negative is that you need to bring a healthy dose of patience before walking in the door. I got the classic ribs they were really tough I could not eat but half of them. The girl I was with her Cajun seafood all of the seasoning was put on one side. The server didn't give us refills. We finally asked for receipt in which they gave us the receipt for another table. We paid for our food and they took my debit card to another table. Not sure what their complaint was except that they did not get all of their food at the same time. 14 people at their table. Manager kept coming to their table to apologize, which I believe was way to much. Everyone in the restaurant was looking at what was going on. Average. My herb crusted tilapia was okay. Grilled zucchini was good. But what happened to the biscuits?......they were miniature! I remember their biscuits being larger and tasting better.
