Food was terrible. Fish was tasteless, greasy and soggy. Soup was watery and not very good. Won't be back.

Normally I like RT since all the location in TPA closed we made a special trip to this location and were sadly disappointed. We arrived at 6pm and when we asked for two items we were told we are out and will not be making any more for the night. You are open till 10pm we are there at prime dining time and you are out?!? What gives? Garden Bar was not fully stocked :( said it wasn't going to be replenished. We won't be coming back to this location and not sure I we even will give RT another try. I have gone to bunch of these and I can say they are pretty consistent. I like the endless salad bar and lunch special sliders. The Ruby Relaxer is my favorite cocktail there. The New Orleans seafood entree is great and the triple prime burgers are a big YES! read more

Took my Dad out to dinner tonight to Ruby Tuesday's. We have not been there in quite a while and I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. Happy to report that our experience was perfect tonight! We were seated immediately and our waiter could not have been more attentive. He was very friendly and professional. We both ordered seafood selections and they were cooked perfectly. I had the New Orleans seafood with dirty rice and grilled zucchini. The dirty rice was delicious! I also had the garden bar and everything was clean, fresh, and the salad I put together was very enjoyable. I noticed that the restaurant no longer served the little biscuits, but to tell the truth, we didn't really miss them. I imagine the kitchen might run a whole lot more efficiently now that the cooks don't have to keep pumping out biscuits all night. We went to the Ruby Tuesday tonight. We had the special which is two meals for $24.95 Which includes the salad bar and and dessert to share. Dylan was our waiter and he was top-notch. I definitely enjoyed the mango iced tea, with little chopped up mangoes floating on the bottom. Nice touch! I had the ribs and my husband had the tilapia. They were both delicious. My husband would've liked a little bigger piece on the tilapia. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. The manager came around to all the tables twice while we were there to make sure we were satisfied. The reason why we enjoyed this Ruby Tuesday is because the salad bar is excellent. The salad is fresh and nothing is dripping all over and the plates are cold. Our dinner was enjoyable. read more

Haven't eaten at Ruby Tuesday in quite awhile, so thought we'd try it today. Stopped in at 4:30 and had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby while the hostess was training a new person. There were all kinds of empty tables in the dining room, but the hostess placed us in the bar area. I asked why it took so long to seat us and she said they were between shifts and they didn't have enough wait staff. Well, sitting in the bar with low wait staff, we left. Went to dinner with my family and friends this evening here and it was pretty good for a chain! Our waitress was awesome she can have five stars any day of the week from me she was great and the service was fantastic! The manager came around to check how everything was which I love when owners/managers are involved and working it shows they Really do care! I had the chicken tortilla soup- wasn't a huge fan but it was ok ! I also ordered the Carolina chicken salad and I was happy they let me substitute for just spinach and not lettuce so that made the experience even better for me! The salad was huge and so good! There was tons of toppings and lots of chicken! Everyone had something Different and everyone seemed to clear their plate so with that I assume it was tasty! My dad mentioned quite a few times that his steak was awesome and even better then the one he had the other week from a steak house so I know he enjoyed his meal tonight! I was also a fan of the fact that they had "new" to their menu angry orchard cider :) yum! First time at this Ruby Tuesday and everything was great. I was having lunch with my daughter during the week and we were sat right away. That was important because she had to get back to work. Our server greeted us quickly and took our drink order. Our drinks were delivered quickly as was our lunch once we ordered. Our food was tasty and we had a great time. I haven't been to this restaurant in a long long time. I have to ask myself why? We were greeted immediately and with a smile. (Rare thing nowadays) We asked what they recommended and well they just made us want to order everything. They brought us these small muffins and OMG they were sooooo good! Better than that place that serves fish. We ordered the New Orleans platter and the chicken Poratabella. OMG !!!! My daughter and I was going to share our platters to experience two different meals, however it was so good we only would offer up a bite. It was spot on moist, flavorful and fulling. I enjoyed every minute, every bite. I am disappointed that they don't have more signage to show where there located since there hidden behind a bank, Lowe's and another shopping center. Ordered the chicken and ribs and was extremely disappointed. The ribs were rubber. Sent them back to get another half rack of ribs and they sent me out another rack that was rubber. WOW....How nice... Me and a girlfriend went for lunch today... Needed corono virus relief. Peyton our hostess was great, personable & warm, our waiter, Dee, was also very on point, attentive and had great drink suggestions. They are brothers, I'm sure their parents are very proud. Service was exceptional and the food came out quick. Deducted a star because half the food was lackluster. Mushy spaghetti squash , marinara sauce tasted like the store bought kind , zucchini was inconsistently cooked . Another dish came with all mushy zucchini. It's disappointing because the dish had such potential. Regardless, it did taste decent and both the waitress and manager went above and beyond to make sure that my entree was vegan. Family went here for dinner. Was very clean, well lit, and very friendly staff. Our waitress Jennifer was so cute and friendly. Our drinks were cold, didn't get appetizers this time. I even ordered a Margarita for myself that was the best I've had in a while. Dad ordered the Asiago steak with green beans and his usual fries. Our son had the Grilled cheese with grapes. I ordered the Half rack of baby back ribs with spaghetti squash and grilled zucchini. Our table was so quiet when we ate, other than us asking each other If we wanted to try the others food. Which isn't often because if mommy doesn't like where we are eating, I'm talking about it the whole time. So save your $$ for a nice night out, good food and great service. We were 4 who dined here last night. The service was a 4.0. Given the number of customers, it was reasonable. I am never that fond of sitting too close to the washrooms so I would have preferred a better choice of table since there were others available. The buffet at RT is always very good and it did not disappoint yesterday. I and my wife had Bourbon Burger and we really enjoyed them. They were prepared exactly as ordered except mine came without a bun. Since neither I nor my wife rarely but half of the bun we told the server to forget it - we would share my wife's. In fact I did not even eat that. The fries were a disappointment and brought down my rating. Way too salty. My friend's wife felt the same way about her fries. Our dinner companions were satisfied with their meals. I had serious doubts about the Caesar Chicken Salad one had ordered - way too much dressing on it for me. Mental note to self for next time - salad dressing on the side if ordering that option AND if ordering fries ask that these not be salted in the kitchen ( I am sure my ankles swelled up later in the evening). Worst experience ever! Granddaughters Graduatuation as RN. We raved about Ruby Tuesdays to the family & friends to go there to celebrate. We hadn't been there in maybe a year but convinced everyone, grat salad bar great food & service & drinks! WRONG! WORSE SERVICE EVER! You would think a large table would get service! NOT! Had to search and ask for our waitress twice. We had to wait a long time for appetizers, had two rounds of drinks before they came out. We were told that they were backed up with TO GO ORDERS! Then after an hour & 20 min still no food! Waitress got the manager who took her time coming! There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, most left shortly after we got there! Manager said I'll check and your appetizer will be compensated. WHOOPEE! She disappeared for 5 min or more and we decided we were leaving, showed up as we were getting ready to leave with two lame burgers for two in our party when the rest of us had ordered big dinners! They were closing the salad bar and my daughter was never told to get her salad bar she had ordered. So I guess TO GO COUNTS Over in house customers so we'll never go back! I came back to the table to eat what salad I could get and I didn't have any silverware. I asked three separate people to get me silverware before I ever got any... He said, alright I'll go get it and I'll be right back. I'm waiting and I'm waiting and I'm waiting finally my waitress came and asked if everything was okay and I said no I didn't get any better with my baked potato. She said okay I'll go get you some I'll be right back and I waited and I waited and she finally came back and said we do not have any butter. The lunch - New Orleans Seafood Creole-seasoned tilapia with sautéed shrimp and Parmesan cream. beautifully plated, although the tilapia at best was warm and the shrimp cold. we were stuck in a dingy corner next to tables, including mine, that had specks of food particles on it, including masses of it between the wall and the seat. The salad bar, although well attended, had old broccili that had turned brown and the zucchini had been sitting out way to long, not to mention I had to dig 10 plates out before finding one that did not have food already on it. When Danielle brought extra napkins, DISASTER SET IN! SHE DROPPED THE NAPKINS IN FRONT OF US AND THEN PICKED THEM UP AND SAT THEM ON THE TABLE FOR US TO USE! Regulars here. Caesar salads were a lovely way to start. The steak was cooked perfectly and the fried shrimp were awesome. When you come here, get the mashed potatoes with Asiago cheese sauce on them. Had a bourbon/soda drink. Made perfectly by Shirley at bar. My three favorite things here are there parmesan chicken pasta, the turkey burger, and the mini burgers with salad bar. No matter what I get, I always add the salad bar. We had a strawberry shortcake dessert to finish it off that was huge!! Salad bar was vey good. They have outside dining here.
