Been a minute since we last been here so we decided to swing by and sit at the bar for a few drinks on Wednesday evening. Gotta say Ruby's has certainly stepped up their game. Service was fast and efficient. Fellas behind the bar were very prompt and interactive with us and all the guests sitting at the bar. One thing that really got my attention was that all the employees were smiling and really seemed to enjoy their job there. Props to the management. Which by the way I noticed her table touching every table to make sure all her guests were happy. I have my own restaurant in Tampa so something like that is very important to me. Ate lunch there one day. Got a premium burger. Not as good as the one I had in Merritt Island, fl RT. The salad bar was good but small(no potato salad which disappointed me). I asked for butternut squash, they gave me zuchini instead which I like but still...was extremely disappointed also they still no longer have 'smashed cauliflower'. Won't go back too soon. It's decent here. The salad bar is more than I expected, the rolls they serve with your meal are less than I expected. Their chicken bella is yummy, as are their mashed potatoes & spaghetti squash. Service is spotty. read more

Had lunch today at Ruby's and really enjoyed the bourbon salmon, with grilled zucchini! Also had the salad bar for a $1.99 up charge, that has so many fresh veggies, salads, cheese and a variety of dressings. Our waitress Cici was the best! She did not rush us and waited to put our order in so my friend and I could catch up! She was the friendliest waitress and so attentive! I did miss the biscuits they don't serve with your meals anymore but everything delicious and I will be returning soon! read more

Drinks are varied and delicious. Service is great. Only thing I would do next time when ordering neat ask for temperature b4 the one you actually want. Tend to be more on the well side. Ordered burger med well and it was well. read more

We've been to this Ruby Tuesday at least 6 times since Sept of last year. We enjoyed this location until the last time we went on Memorial Day weekend. Not sure if there has been a change in the management or chefs but it was most disappointing. The only thing that was good was the service. The food was mediocre at best. Portions were quite small. My vegetables were burnt. My husband's steak was underdone so he did not eat his meal with us. And this meal cost us close to $100.00 for 4 people without any alcohol ! The meal wasn't worth 20.00 in my opinion. The manager came over to help with my vegetables and my husbands steak. You think she might have offered us a free dessert or something for our trouble ?? I love the ribs and the salad bar so when I heard of the special with salad, entree, and dessert I figured it was time to go for dinner. When it came for dessert time, I ordered the Blondie. The waiter went away and came back to say they were out. It was only 630 pm or so. He asked if I wanted one of the others. I asked if I could get the strawberry shortcake since they were out of what I wanted and he said he couldn't do that because it wasn't part of the special. I may be wrong, but if you can't keep enough of the things you offer, the right thing would have been to let me have the other dessert. They were the same price on the menu too. Used to love Ruby Tuesday's for their great menu. Upon my visit today (it's been a while) I found that the menu is completely changed to a more southern style type food. For the sake of not being rude I chose to stay and order something. I WILL NOT be back! So unfortunate. read more

Casey, Dylan, and Whitney were amazing! So hospitable, warm, and welcoming! We sat at the bar because of how busy traditional seating was, and we were NOT disappointed. Fly infested salad bar. Servers have always been friendly and helpful but I won't be going back. I think it's disgusting that they would allow their customers to eat food with bugs on it regardless of the reason. Even one or two flies would have been understandable but there was a swarm. read more

We ordered their double decker chicken with a cheese sauce, Portobello mushrooms, and bacon all cooked to perfection. I love this ruby Tuesday location. We always get seated right away and get excellent service. Even on valentines day with no reservation and the place was overwhelmed with a lot of people, practically a line out the door and then some, we still got seated under 10 minutes and got great service, and food that did not taste or look rushed at all. read more

We go there a few times a month since we like their food, the customer service & atmosphere. One thing I am very disappointed in is that they discontinued the dish I liked the best: PARMAESEAN CHICKEN PASTA. It was so delicious even though it wasn't offered with any sides at $12.59. I am hoping the management will reconsider this dish & reoffer it again, very soon!!!!! One other thing I wish could change is the selection of music played. The songs are not very popular & the lyrics are quite annoying. Please someone look into this. Otherwise, we enjoy your restaurant very much & will be back. read more

Seated promptly and that was the best part of dining here tonite. Garden bar didnt look or taste fresh at all. Multiple items left empty and not refilled. Broccoli looks to have been sitting for hours. Long enough the stems were discolored. Cores in lettuce and onions. The ABSOLUTE WORST potato salad ive ever had bar none. Part of my order came out then the rest a few minutes later. Wifes was wrong and had to be sent back. Almost 20 min before the correct order came out. Perhaps its time for a change in management. It's been quite awhile since we'd been here, but the Mexican joint was closed on a Sunday so we gave it a shot. We were greeted promptly and seated quickly. It was not super busy and available seating was plentiful. The waitress was pretty quick to ask for our order, in fact we had barely read the menu. He got the large order of chicken fingers and fries and I chose the Bella Chicken with green beans. The food was a little slow coming out, but it was ok with me because I also enjoyed the salad bar, which is great, as always. The portions shrunk drastically! The large chicken fingers was 8 fairly thin and sort of dry strips of chicken. He was still hungry when we left. My chicken breast was moist and the mushrooms in the sauce were plentiful. Again super small slice off of a full breast I would say. Good thing I had the salad. Definitely not a good value when someone goes home hungry. Sad because they used to be a nice place for dinner. read more

We've been regular customers of Ruby Tuesday for about a year. We like the menu and are avid followers of the promotions. But far more important, we have had consistently outstanding experiences of customer service. Whether by the hosts/hostesses, servers, bartenders, or attention from the manager, every interaction has been notably and memorably excellent. Tonight we had an experience that even exceeded that high standard when one of us with an arm in a sling following surgery was struggling to serve herself at the salad bar, and a staff member stepped in, unbidden, to carry her plate and fill it as she directed. We will continue to return often, and are happy to sing the praises of this fine establishment. read more

I only gave them 1 star because zero was not an option this is the third chance we have given them and now I am done, this is the only review I have ever written if that tells you how pissed I am, it is mothers day and we did take out because of the long wait (expected) that's not the problem, the chicken and mushroom alfredo tasted like it was served in a nursing home for a special diet. I would have been happier with a $6 bread bowl pasta from dominoes Mom's medium steak had to be microwaved to even come close to medium, the last time they had to remake the steak three times so I guess that's an improvement. I called the manager Pete, said he'll help us all we had to do was leave on mothers day drive all the way back to the restaurant give them the crap food back and hope they get it right the next time, oh yea we still have to pay for it! $12 for alfredo my 7 year old could have made.... This is the second time we have dined at this location - once for lunch and this time for dinner. We were greeted at our table by the same server as our first dining experience who told us that they were out of broccoli, green beans and baked potatoes (it was not quite 7pm.) Okay, well, we're off to a good start, and green veggies aside, we'll try and make this work! Nutshell: The food is adequate - mine was tasty and enough. Hubs was just okay. Left without two of his preferred side choices, he chose the salad bar and sweet potato fries (an upcharge of $1.00.) The salad bar was sparse he claimed, and when presented with his meal (chicken slightly dry), the fries lay there on his plate, over cooked, also sparse and otherwise sad - not an appealing presentation for the cost. I would have been embarrassed as the owner/manager if I had seen this served in my restaurant. Service was fine, although I think our server's question "How is everything?" was asked because she was trained to ask, not because she really wanted to know. Her "I'm sorry" was parroted to diners nearby, time after time, when presented with the absentee vegetable sides. The conclusion: two times and you're out! read more
