The worst ever. Not only dirty and outdated, but the salad bar was absolutely bare Was afraid to report it thinking that they might spit in the food we ordered.! 2 stars are generous because the waitress let us order a different entree since the New York Strip was colorless and flavorless- it didn't taste like beef; didn't really taste like anything which was disappointing. It was supposed to be Steak & shrimp, but they forgot the shrimp part so they brought out 5 tiny shrimp later. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan Pasta dish to-go since waiting for the steak then the shrimp took a very long time despite being the only occupied table. We did get compensated for the bad steak, which remained on the bill, but the price of it was marked as a coupon- so for default tip amount is based off the entire order (Shady of them, but makes the tip amount higher since it's based off of %) we asked about it and the waitress said that's correct but we're welcome to manually change the amount to less since the Pasta was to go. I am writing to you on the very poor service or lack thereof on Thursday evening at about 6:15 pm. We drove about 12 miles to go to this Ruby Tuesday because I had gotten buy one get one coupon rewards. We arrived and was seated at a booth. Ordered to waters with lime, an order of baby back ribs with fries for my hubby & I order the Asiago bacon chicken double portion, bake potato she came back & said I get one more side's I asked for broccoli. I showed her my coupon and she wrote down the reward number. So, then we sat there check out marketplace on my phone with the hubby & talked. After about 20 minutes, hubby said shouldn't our food be coming soon. I said lets wait a little longer. Meanwhile the waitress was down talking to another booth joking around. Then went & got another couples dinner they had come in after us. Finally she came to us about 35 min later. Said are you guys ok on a huffy voice & walked away. No, sorry your food is almost done, or should be out soon, nothing. No food no nothing. We waited about 10 minutes more; hubby said somethings not right, it don't take this long to get food. No manager even came over to tell us what wss going on. So at 6:55 we gather up our stuff and left the restaurant. I have never waited that long for a meal especially since the restaurant was not busy at all. We.only had water on the table no other food. We have no idea what was going on, she thought we were someone she didn't like, they had to go to the grocery store, the ribs weren't done or hot. We thought we would try out this place because we hadn't been at Ruby Tuesdays since they went out in Lancaster, Pa. & we will never go back to that one ever again. first of all when drinks were ordered most of the drinks that we ordered they didn't have. Settled for ice water. Used the women's room toilet paper was empty. Paper towels were empty. Waiters and waitresses just standing around doing nothing. Dinner time and only three cars in the parking What does that tell you. Ordered artichoke and spinach dip an appetizer and it came a teeny tiny dish with a very small amount not enough to share.We're waiting over a half an hour for our meal and decided to pay for our appetizer and leave. First warning should have been the empty parking lot at 6pm on a Saturday. Arrived and got seated right away (that's a plus). Got an entree and the salad bar. The salad bar had one bin on brown lettuce, no cheese, no fresh veggies, and none of the dressings were labeled correctly. Almost everything at the salad bar was near empty. Waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive and as we were waiting no one replenished the salad bar. I got the salmon with rice and broccoli. Rice was old and had little pieces of other food mixed into it. Broccoli was also old and looked to have mold on it. Salmon was okay but I was afraid to eat any of it after seeing the sides. They also use paper straws that disintegrate into your drink. Would definitely not go back. The ambiance is like they found an abandoned ruby Tuesdays from 15 years ago, opened it up and used the same food that was in the freezer from then. DONT GO HERE read more

Use to love Ruby Tuesday but they have gone to crap! We ordered through grub hub and all 3 of our meals had an issue! One was suppose to have loaded fries we got literally 5 half frozen fries! 2nd order suppose to have broccoli & none but more half frozen fries! Is a horrible experience when you are ignored for 15 minutes by your waitress, who walks by your table multiple times and not even acknowledge our table of 7. With her deep breathing and constant head shake we could see she was overwhelmed with the two tables she had prior to ours. One of the table had already eaten and been waiting for the check and boxes for more then 7 min, as they stated themselves. A little acknowledgement and communication goes a long way. read more

My wife and I went here for dinner a few nights ago. We have dined here several times over the last 10 years. It is sadly amazing how far this restaurant has fallen. The place obviously lacks leadership, management, and pride. Pulling into the parking lot at around 7 PM we noticed there were so few cars, we wondered if it was closed. We knew with our first steps into the entrance that our dining experience would be interesting. Our feet stuck to the floor with every step. Looking down, the white tile was dark with dirt and grime. We were sat at a table in the bar area. There were only 1 or 2 other tables in the place occupied. We than waited over 10 minutes, the whole time watching some employees at a booth in the corner, wondering if any one of them would acknowledge us. Than the side door opened and a few employees came rushing in, one of them being the bartender, who dropped her jacket off behind the bar and came right over and took our order. She was very nice. We both decided to play it safe and ordered fish and chips. Our server gave us the salad bar due to the long wait. That was not bad, even though a few items were empty. Our meals arrived pretty quickly. We could not eat the fish. We did our best, however, it had a very sour after taste to it. Coincidentally, the French fries also had a bit of a bitter after taste. Not sure if the fryer oil was old or what. We wondered who or how a company could allow one of its stores to deteriorate in quality as this store has apparently done. By reading reviews it seems like someone from Ruby Tuesday management is looking at them and responding, but what is being done at the restaurant? Why is it so filthy? Why are none of the employees wearing uniforms, or a shirt that says Ruby Tuesdays? Where has the pride gone? Hopefully this review, (and the others), will attract some attention from Ruby Tuesday's management, and this store will get some help. read more

We went in yesterday February 20 at 5:50 pm. The restaurant appeared to be about 40% full. We were first told there would be an extensive wait due to being short handed and they had about 14 orders they were working on. He said if we came back in about 30 minutes he thinks they would be caught up and could seat us. We came back 30 minutes later at 6:25 pm and we were informed that things had not gotten any better and it was worse and told us they were not seating anyone right now per the manager. We told him we had waited 30 minutes to come back and to tell the manager that I was eating only the salad bar and my wife just wanted a sandwich. He went back to ask the manager and came out saying they still were not seating anyone. I told him to go back and tell the manager BOTH of us will have the salad bar and they would not have to cook anything. He came back and said he could seat us. Not long after that I saw him seat another couple. We ended up eating the salad bar which is not what my wife really wanted. The salad bar was running low or out of eggs, crackers, croutons, cheddar cheese, mushrooms and black olives by the time I got back for a second helping. When it was time for us to pay I asked for the check. It took about five minutes for it to be brought to me. I gave my payment to the server and then I saw him take another table's order and bring drinks to a second table before going back to process my payment. It was about ten more minutes. At that point I was very frustrated with the whole visit. I asked for a final bill showing my tip on it. He left to get it and I waited another five minutes. He did not come back so I left with my original credit card receipt. I was angry at that point. The management needs to do something to hire more people or get reliable people that will show up to work. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. read more

Had a very good lunch here. The Cajun Talapia with grilled zucchini and summer squash was a winner. Veggies nicely prepared and the fish was suitably jazzed up by the spices. Service was friendly at the bar. Food was piping hot. Really nothing to complain about. Free wifi. Even the coffee was really good (they brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me). If I could put negative stars, I would. In fact, I think they should give me stars for sitting through the disaster. No one was at the front for ten minutes, when we were seated it took ten more for a server to take our drink and food orders. The food was terrible. Mushrooms burnt with an inch of ashes, rare steak that wasn't rare but closer to medium, queso not warm, and bland mozzarella sticks. Also FEMA could have showed up at any moment in that bathroom. On the plus side, there was a lady that cleaned it when I went in. Said lady wiped the toilet with a rag then wiped the rest of the surfaces with the same rag. So eat at your own peril. read more

Went back again, against my better judgment because our electric went out. I ordered a jalapeño burger. It was extremely salty and just had a very funky taste. The fries were, meh. I've had much better. We also ordered the Thai Poon shrimp which we have had before and it wasn't bad. This time it was hardly spicy at all, and pretty much tasteless. Over all, the entire meal was just plain bad. I told the waiter that I couldn't eat the burger and exactly why. He asked if I wanted something else to take along. I said no, considering the experiences I've had here. I really didn't want anything else. I checked the bill. I was charged full price for the burger. I can guarantee that this will be the very last time I ever eat here. Regardless if the electric is off for a week. It was awful. Went and had the lobster tail special with beans and potato. Disclaimer*** We ate at this location a while ago(early 2014) but I didn't have a help account at the time. To start, this is a terrible chain restaurant as a whole. We ate at the East Harrisburg location and walked out without ever receiving our food... anyway, the bottom line is this: 1. my son's milk was old and had turned sour. He literally did a spit take because it tasted so bad. 2. My medium rare burger was well done and I refuse to eat meat that's been burnt to hell. My lady ate hers just because she 2as so hungry 3. We were given cupcakes as an apology for the bad food, and the box they came in HAD A SPIDER IN IT!! This is one chain we will never again visit. I ordered the jumbo skewered shrimp with my side as a "fresh baked potato" however when my potato arrived it was rock hard and looked like it had been reheated about 5 times. I asked to switch it out for some broccoli, and they did bring a tiny plate of broccoli but I think my 3 year old niece had more broccoli with her kid's meal than I had gotten. It was pretty lame to pay $15.99 for a couple of skewers of shrimp and about 6 pieces of broccoli. Our server was very sweet though, so that's about all they have going for them. read more

Went in for lunch today with the hubby. Started with the Philly cheesesteak potstickers which we always get and are always very tasty. For my entree I had a petite Asiago sirloin and fried shrimp with mash and grilled asparagus as my side with a mango lemonade to drink. All were yummy. Hubby had half rack ribs with rice pilaf and fries which he also enjoyed. For dessert we shared the pineapple upside down cake, it was tasty just way too warm for my taste. On May 31, 2018 I visited this restaurant. Seated promptly and courteously, ordered timely. My salad arrived with rotten lettuce. I asked for the manager and he (maybe 21 years old) argued with me that the black slippy stuff was purple lettuce and not rotten. OMG! Where do these so called Managers get their training. My lettuce I showed him also had brown rotten cracks in more lettuce and he was defending the Ruby Tuesdays! I just wanted to make the Manager aware and he argued with me.
