I have read some of other people's reviews and maybe I got lucky but it was a great dinning experience for me. My server was almost too attentive. This is the first time I've gotten take out here. I sat at the bar for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. After 5 mins they sat my order up. The bar tender finally ask if they could help, gave me my order and the bill. I gave my credit card, she ran it and sat the receipt in front of me and walked away. That's it. No thank you. I ordered a hamburger with a side salad and an order of tots. When I went to pick it up no one answered the phone so I went inside, and even though I was about five minutes early my food was already there and not hot. I received no napkins and no utensils with my order. read more

Im incredibly upset with the behavior of one of the managers at the kingsland Ruby Tuesday. Ashley was her name. I understand that this virus has a lot of craziness going on but...... your packing up food getting togo orders ready and throwing things, talking trash under your breathe as you thought no one heard you, and snapping at the only person that is there to help you. I have worked in the restaurant industry almost all my life. Management in no way shape or form should ever be treating an employee like that. I was so ready to fire her myself and jump in there and help this bartender named Nikki. She was doing her best but this Ashley was making everything harder team work makes the dream work. And if your only job is to put the proper food in a bag I dont understand why she was having such a hard time. She should not be in management I dont know how she got there. I will continue to see Nikki up there but Ashley needs more training on how to work under pressure how to treat your employees and better management skills. read more

Used to be our favorite place in town. Went from great to so-what. The company was sold and it's easy to see the new Corporate overlords are putting the squeeze on. A lot of the long-time managers, servers and bartenders have been forced out or elsewhere. The inexperience shows through. There has been some sacrifice of quality in service and food. We went in for a late lunch on Sunday. We were greeted and seated right away on the bar side of the restaurant. Our server came over we placed drink orders and food orders immediately nothing out the ordinary. The salad bar was not good. No only was it poorly stocked it was missing regular things that are on the salad bar. Then we saw our server walk outside using the side door. He was gone for you about 5 minutes (kinda strange) During that time a couple walked up looking for him because they needed to pay their tab. The worst part was he didn't wash his hands after returning before coming over to us refill our drinks. Then he goes into the bathroom for another 5 minutes then preceded to go and bring our food. The plus side was our food was delicious. I had the salmon and hubby's dish was bourbon chicken. We would recommend this place. read more

We have been to Ruby Tuesday many times but not in the last 4 months. We usually go because they have a decent salad bar and the warm cheddar biscuits hit the spot while you are waiting for our entree. On this visit our table was sticky and had old food stuck to it. My wife's glass was also dirty and had to be replaced. We ordered the salad bar which was well stocked but the things most frequently used like cheese, onion and broccoli were hard to reach in the back behind the peas and some kind of bright green beans. The potato salad was unseasoned and the potatoes were undercooked. Both types of pasta salad were dry and not tasty. After finishing our salads we were informed that they no longer give the complimentary cheddar biscuits! What! I ordered the ribs and my wife had the salmon. Her salmon was excellent! My ribs were super tender but lacked flavor and were a little dry but ok overall. The service was average. This will be my last time dining here. There are better choices less than 2 mins away. There is a reason they mail out coupons and let kids eat free on Tuesday. read more

I've stopped by Ruby Tuesdays from time-to-time and, for most of the visits, I felt as though I got my money's worth, but there is always an exception. Tonight, was the exception that could, if I allowed it to, keep me away from going back again. My family dined with me, wife, son, granddaughter. My son orders a phillycheese steak, my wife ordered the salad bar, my granddaughter ordered chicken strips with fries, and I had the BBQ chicken over nachos. The cheese steak was way overpriced, my granddaughter's place held 10 French fries alongside three extremely small over-cooked (almost burnt) dried out chicken fingers. My plate was okay, but not exactly what I'd expected. The BBQ chicken tasted more like SPAM than chicken. The nachos were, in my opinion, tasteless. Ice Tea $3.09 each...??? What in the world? The only redeeming element of my dinner out with my family at this particular Ruby Tuesdays on the particular visit was the server. She was polite, smiled, and attended to our needs as best she could. I always tip the servers well regardless how unsatisfactory the food may be. Well this experience cause me to stop going there for dinner? Time will provide the answer. This time Ruby Tuesday I have to only give one-star. I just expected better after working a 10 hour day. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was horrendous. From the outside of the building it looks clean and inviting, but as soon as we stepped inside and the smell hit me and I knew that it was going to be a less then desirable experience. We were seated at a sticky table and this wasn't the only one. I don't recall seeing anyone bussing or wiping anything down when patrons left, so it's possible that it wasn't happening at all. The smell in the restaurant was strange and gross. Almost like old urine. It took forever to get some service and when we did we were given yellow water. I'm not sure if it was the cup or the water but it looked disgusting. Then there was the food. My husband got ribs and chicken and I ordered the steak. I am fairly certain that EVERYTHING was froze. My steak was a weird grey color and pretty watery...not juicy. My husbands ribs were dry and the sauce on top looked like some coagulated grease. Neither of us ate more than a couple of bites as we were concerned that we would get food poisoning. My opinion would be to skip this town all together if you can help it. The hotel was gross the restaurant was gross - no Kingsland for us again! read more

Pros: Fast and friendly service. Clean place. Salad bar great! Food and deserts good. Cons: Never ever get my steak done. To the point I just stopped trying to get a steak here. Priced to high! Not a fan of the new floor layout. No personal space or intimate space anymore and it seems louder with the open floor plan they have now. read more

Absolutely fantastic service! We're traveling from Florida to Virginia and just stopped at some chain restaurant for a late dinner before closing, but it ended up being excellent. All the food was good, and I'm glad they have added more vegetarian options (just a few, but they're there and they're good). It was also happy hour ;D. Food was ok. They had a good salad bar, fresh as it should be. The check came and my wife didn't pay attention, just paid it but it was odd, so I looked at it later. It had a manager meal on it, and didn't make sense. I had to recalculate the whole thing, it was as if they format it so that you can't add it up yourself. I wasn't happy with the manager meal on it, and wanted an explanation. I called the manager the next day. He was busy, understandably at dinner hour and told me he would call me back the next day. No call. I called a few days later. He never apologized, just gave me some platitudes- the server was new, the check total was correct even though they had rung up someone else's meal on it, blah blah blah. I think it was the worst response from a so called restaurant manager in my life, and I travel almost weekly and have seen it all. read more

Great hospitality! Traveling to FL we stopped in for lunch and were warmly greeted. Our server saw we had 4 little kids and immediately brought over some snacks and extra napkins. She saved the day! Very attentive, conscientious server...We enjoyed a generous portion of the chicken mushroom alfredo and a petite filet. The salad bar was extremely fresh and well-stocked. The new salad bar is ok. Sure miss the cottage cheese, broccoli salad (only 2 things I could get my child to eat) and balsamic dressing. The pink dressing is disgusting as is the roasted broccoli.. Please bring back these things to the Kingsland ga location. read more
