Let me start by saying our waitress, Marsha, was very pleasant. She was really the best part of this place. You should ask to sit in her section. Now, to get to the food. Salad bar was under stocked. Not surprised. I odered a petite steak w/ a baked potato. Steak was pretty over cooked. Any longer, it would have been jerky. It was dry enough. Had to drown each piece in steak sauce for moisture. I didn't get a baked potato. I got mashed potatoes, which were not edible. Seriously. I sent it back and wiped my fork before using it. Apparently, they ran out of whole potatoes. Which leads to another question, where are those mashed taters coming from? Kinda scary. I got boiled down broccoli. My husband got the top serloin, which was riddled with fat. His sweet potato fries were yummy though. The bacon cheese fries we got for an appetizer was also pretty good. When I spoke to the manager about the steak, he was a jerk. He not only used a loud voice to talk at me, he wanted me to solve the problem. Last time I checked, the problem was his to solve. Needless to say, we won't be going there again. It's not worth the money or the gas. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the waitress and the fries. read more

Salad bar is a 5 star! The meal was good but I don't like all the seasonings on vegetables. I got the petite sirloin with broccoli and green beans. The steak was very tasty but I go to Ruby Tuesdays for their fresh salad bar. Service was excellent. read more

Me and my family stop by almost every weekend. Restaurant has very good food and is very consistent. The seats, tables and even the wall always appear clean and staff are always friendly. My personal opinion best restaurant in area. I saw some bad reviews but I don't think they are representative of the quality of this restaurant. This place used to be good, it's gone down hill food quality wise so much over the years. Ordered the honey burbon burger and the bottom bun was smashed paper thin and soaking wet. The triple prime beef upgrade is aweful, unseasoned and tasted freezerburt and fried. I could only eat about half of the burger ( the bottom bun was stuck to the plate like wet cardboard). The appetizer we ordered was the spinach artichoke dip and for some reason they put paminto cheese dip in the middle...... tasted like bologna salad in the middle of a pretty good dip. What are they thinking!? The waitress Cody was wonderful but the food was incredibly terrible. The waitress asked if I would like to talk to the manager, "no thank you, Cody, you were great. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich has delicious chicken breast but the pimento topping was too salty. A lot. Delicious Garden Bar; quite nice romaine, spinach, and salad mix, large selection of trendy toppings. Very friendly server. read more

We visited this location while on vacation. I was happy to find a Ruby Tuesday, because so many of the Kansas City locations have closed. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as I remembered. I ordered the steak with zucchini and rice. The steak looked like a glorified hamburger. The texture wasn't that of a typical medium rare steak. The zucchini was tasty, but a little greasy. The rice was fine. I wish they still served spaghetti squash. This meal seemed a little over priced compared to other restaurants in the area ($15+). Our server was very attentive, which was the saving grace of this meal. read more

Ruby Tuesday alone is probably a three, but the waitress we've gotten each time at this particular Ruby Tuesday is fantastic, so I bumped it to a four. The ambiance is pretty nice, and the food is decent. Especially when you've got the 2-for-1 coupons, the food here is a good deal. read more

This Ruby Tuesday has been good the two times I dined there with a friend. Today I had the Chicken Fresco and it was tender and very good. Our waiter was attentive and the service was prompt. My companion likes a salad bar and this is one of the few places where that is available. The prices are consistent with other restaurants of this type . read more

Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in years....sat at the empty bar which was cluttered with empty glasses....had to ask where I could sit....wasnt busy there....watched 6 employees walking back and forth doing nothing....had my food and drink orders decided...still no one approached me...guessing they didn't want my business. ...so I left....might return....in several more years!! read more

Love the burgers and fries. I love the garden bar. It's hard to find a good salad bar these days! We will definitely be back.

First off, service was decent. However, the glasses were were served were poorly washed. There was obvious problems with the bar, because my mom ordered a Chardonnay and after she already paid the bill she noticed she was charged $10 for one glass. We looked at the menu and the highest glass they served was $8.99.. When we asked way it was so much she said the bartender told her to ring it in for the "house" Chardonnay. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never go there again. This is the first time I've ever written a review and it's because of how disappointed I was with this restaurant. read more

First time here an personally a little overpriced for the type of food. Applebee's is much better flavor wise.

It was the best of restaurants in the mail and I love the way they make the stake so much it's unreal how much I love it

The service and food are both excellent. We were seated promptly, our waitress was very polite and patient, our drinks were served right away, and the wait time for our food was relatively short. The waitress checked on us regularly, offered to refill our drinks, and after clearing our plates, asked if we would like desserts before bringing our check. The food was very good, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Ruby Tuesday is my favorite restaurant for Saturday night dinners with my sisters. read more

Service was excellent and the food good. Really loved the crab cakes and salad bar.

Unfortunately the multiple flies flying around the restaurant did not put me at ease. The manager apologized but that along with the scarce salad bar and lackluster service equals I will never go here again. Also the waitstaff dropped a coaster and picked it up off the floor and placed it on a table under a persons drink. It's a paper coaster!!! It can be thrown away. read more

No complaints about the food. However, the floor around the salad bar is usually slippery with no caution sign, on several occasions the waiter brought us filthy to go cups or boxes, and sometimes you have to look through the plates on the bar to find one clean enough for your salad. read more
