It felt like I waited a really long time. After looking, it was 25 minutes which after what I recieved felt too long. I have to add I came in 30 minutes after opening and no other customers were there. Three people who ordered after me, all got thier food before me. The burrito was fine. It was a decent size for the price but somewhat flavorless. The hot sauce was okay, but definitely not enough for a whole burrito. Overall if the food had been mind blowing I would not have cared about the wait. But honestly I can name three fast food restaurants that are all close by where I could have stayed in my car and got something of equal or better quality.

They gave me a refund, but when I asked about compensation for gas and wasted time, I was told they don't offer that. I didn't even receive an apology for what happened. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience.
