    Love beef noodles

Great for kids and moms! My kids love the dry dishes and boba, and I prefer soupy dishes. The staff were super friendly and recommended the beef noodle soup -- warm, comforting, and delicious Perfect spot where kids are happy and moms don't have to compromise. Highly recommend when you shopping in the mall

3 entree plate with noodles. The jalapeño chicken was great and the mushroom chicken the winner. The noodles were average, but still good.

Took a trip to the mall today to buy some more Legos for my grandson. Went to the food court for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. My grandson had a corn dog and fries at hot dog on a stick. It hit the mark. For me, I branched out and got the 3 entree plate at Ruby Thai Kitchen. I had some noodles, Jalapeño Chicken, Spicy Thai Chicken, and some mushroom chicken. Each of the dishes were well prepared and had good flavor. The service was excellent. In fact, the staff gave out little samples that actually made me stop at the location. There were a lot of food choices, so this strategy did work. As for ambience, it's a mall, so it is what it is....but the tables were clean and that is always appreciated. It was a good lunch, healthy portion, with good flavor. For mall food, it was a satisfying lunch stop.

I can only say that we like their bobas. Tried taro and mango. It is a hit for us. Service nice. Lots of chairs and tables as they are located at the heart of mall food court.

    Yummy meal to share!

My favorite place to go when we're at the Food Court at Roseville Galleria. Been here a few times with family members and we usually buy some food at an establishment and then put it in the middle for us to share. This has been my favorite. Can grab some vegetables, noodles and meats all in one place. They'll give you half chow mein and half pad thai too! Free samples too!

Horrible customer service from the lady in the orange. Who's most likely in charge.

I hate to write this review because I've loved coming here for a year with my boyfriend because we work at the movie theater next-door. We have been ordering the same thing for the last year. Me and my boyfriend always get the chicken fried rice and they give us a pretty big plate for a good amount. We've always split that between the two of us. Today as he got off of work, he knew I wasn't feeling good today and decided to surprise me by doing something nice by ordering our favorite from this place. He told me to wait in the car so he could surprise me, but then apparently when he first ordered we were given just plain fried rice. No protein or chicken like we usually get and it was in a small size. Which is fine he told me he would go back and get the correct thing for us. So the second time he ordered he was trying to explain to them what we've been ordering for the last year, and I guess the lady/manager was being very rude and disrespectful to him. Telling him that he need to say "fresh chicken fried rice" How he was in the wrong and ordered the wrong thing and didn't want to give him a refund/remake. So she decided to charge him 7.99 for a scoop of chicken on the side. My boyfriend told me that he was really stressed out because this lady was making a scene and basically saying that he was an idiot, and that he ordered the wrong thing. I then had to get out of my car and proceeded to talk to the lady/manager. Very nicely because I'm not the kind of person to be mean back, even when they're mean. I politely told her we are just trying to get the correct item our chicken fried rice, and how I don't understand why she's giving my boyfriend such a hard time and being completely disrespectful to him in front of all these people when he was just trying to do something nice for me because I didn't feel well. She then started to laugh at me and tell me that he was in the wrong again, and that I needed to say "fresh chicken fried rice" instead of chicken fried rice??... I politely told her I understand the confusion, but we've never had this problem up until now we've never had to say fresh chicken fried rice, so I just was trying to understand her part, and she then proceeded to swear at me in her language and would walk away very rudely and told me that she can just remake the order then. at that point. I didn't want to get my order remade because she charged my boyfriend $13 for a meal that she didn't even want to refund or a remake up until I was trying to politely have a conversation with her but she decided to handle it very disrespectfully and mock me in front of all of these people. I don't understand why she need to act like that. I told her that wasn't very professional or nice of her and my boyfriend certainly didn't need to get that attitude when he was just trying to do something nice so we ended up getting a remake, but I will definitely not be coming back or making my boyfriend come back here with how rude she was. It doesn't seem like she has a nice bone in her body and didn't even want to try to understand or listen to me as I was being nice to her... So be aware customers, nobody deserves to be treated like that especially when we're trying to understand what we want to order she shouldn't be having to make people feel like crap about it. I'm very sad/mad I won't be coming here anymore for the way she treated us. Please do better!!

Pad Thai - do not recommend

Pad Thai was more of a chow mein and did not taste like Pad Thai at all. But what do you expect from mall food. I gave 2 stars because at least they gave quick service and big portions.

Mango chicken, bbq chicken, fried rice.

I was at the mall on a holiday weekend so it was busy to say the least. The food court was packed and this place had the shortest line. Telling? Sometimes, but I was overloaded being at the mall and was in the mood for Thai so the short wait was the best option. This place is essentially Panda Express with "Thai" food. You order the rice or noodles and then the protein. I got fast and good service. I ordered the fried rice, mango chicken, and bbq chicken. I really enjoyed all of it. None of it is particularly special, but the $9.90 it cost made it taste a little better! I will definitely get this again if I brave the mall.

    pad thai

I was walking and eyeing for this spot in food court. I tried this pad thai. But this is the worst pad thai I ever tried, no taste. its like u boiled a noodle. worst.

    Wontons noodle soup

3 stars. Soup is better than some restaurants in the area. Wontons noodle soup was good. Nice flavored broth. Right price for the amount of soup you get. Noodles not bad. Wontons above average. Lots of veggies.

All selections are displayed in stainless steel trays, hot from the kitchen, which is located in back of the counter.

Ruby Thai Kitchen anchors one corner of the "Dining Terrace." on the second floor of the upscale Westfield Galleria Mall, located in Roseville, CA. Ruby Thai Kitchen, a small, locally owned and operated, "mom and pop" restaurant, has been serving delicious Thai cuisine to busy mall shoppers for the last 20 years. Ruby Thai Kitchen shares the "anchor" of the food court with Shake Shack - to be reviewed later - located on the second floor of the mall. The standalone building serves as an anchor for restaurants, and the court is lined with many small restaurants, with both national chains and local outlets. All of the restaurants share a common dining area, with communal tables and chairs. The mall opens at 10:00 every morning, and during the busy season, Ruby Thai Kitchen begins serving at 10:00, and keeps mall hours. The menu is placed above the serving line, and offers bowls, combination meals, platters and a la carte. For those who prefer to customize their meal, there is a choice of "Any Three Items" for $10.25, which sounded great to me. All food selections are displayed, fresh and hot from the kitchen, and ready to be served. If you ordered a menu selection, a staff member will assemble your order as per the menu, but if you ordered "a la carte" or "Any Three Items," you tell the server what you want, and the staff will dish out your selection. You pay for your order at the register and seat yourself at the table of your choice. Today there were two staff members working the restaurant, one lady working the counter, and the other busy in the kitchen. Dining isn't fancy, as all the restaurants clustered around the "Dining Terrace," including Ruby Thai Kitchen, use styrafoam "to go" boxes and plastic utensils. Mall dining at it's finest! Today, I went with the "Any Three Items" selection, and my choices were Pad Thai, Thai Mixed Vegetables, Thai Basil Beef along with a couple of Fried Potstickers on the side. Vegetables, thin noodles, along with beef... how could you find a more well-balanced lunch? The Pad Thai, which are tradition flavor noodles served in Thailand, were very fine, steamed just right, and seasoned with just a touch of Thai fish sauce, just the way this dish is served in Thailand. The Pad Thai also included strips of steamed cabbage to add to the flavor. Ruby Thai Kitchen dishes out a generous portion of Pad Thai, which should make noodle-lovers happy. The Mixed Vegetables were mostly broccoli, but carrot slices, sliced zucchini squash, cauliflower along with bits of onion were included. The vegetables were steamed to very tender, yet the broccoli and carrot slices retained a bit of a very satisfying crunch when you bit into them. I could have made a complete meal on the Thai Basil Beef, as it was simply amazing! The beef was thinly sliced, marinated, seasoned and was juicy, tender and flavorful. Each bite of the beef was a taste sensation! My lunch was delicious, but the Thai Basil Beef was truly a show-stopper. I requested a couple of potstickers, and much to my surprise, Kim gave me two Fried Potstickers, on the house. The potstickers were perfectly deep fried, and stuffed with fish. Delicious! I dipped them into dipping sauce for added flavor. Since you're dining at the mall food court - now called "Dining Terrace" - all food is served in a to-go container, whether you're taking it out, or dining in the food court. Dining at Westfield Galleria Mall isn't fancy, but the food served at Ruby Thai Kitchen is delicious. I absolutely loved my "Any Three Items" lunch! All selections were delicious, fresh, well-prepared, and dished out to me with a smile. You don't have to be a mall shopper and you don't have to be in a hurry to enjoy delicious Thai cuisine at Ruby Thai Kitchen, as the restaurant is open any time the mall is open, and the food is always fresh, hot, and ready. The food is "fast," but it's delicious and enjoyable! You'll love Ruby Thai Kitchen, located inside the Westfield Galleria Mall, in Roseville, CA.

Something fried and grilled with a mix of vegetables. All of which is at Mach 1 going through me.

Up until now they have exceeded my expectations as they still serve really good Thai food. We came on a weekday to celebrate a friend's birthday. The Ka Prow (minced meat) was flavorful though. I also liked the Pa-nang Curry with creamy coconut milk. I didn't like the Pad See Ew (flat noodles) as they were sweet. I ordered the Pad Mee Kow or Drunken Noodles with Beef just based off Yelp photos. I don't normally order this dish, but it's the best I've had. Noodles intact and not stuck together. Lots of beef. The restaurant is nice and clean and comfortable. Very simply and tastefully decorated and the staff were pleasant and let us take our time getting settled in to the menu. We all ordered their cream cheese wontons to share, and they were so good, we ordered two more orders! They were more flavorful, with the addition of garlic, than the usual ones you get at other restaurants, and we all really enjoyed them! The curries my step granddaughters ordered looked heavenly and they really liked them, and my husband ordered his favorite dish, Thai basil beef, my father and mother in law and I ordered pineapple shrimp and chicken fried rice, and my stepson ordered a curry dish. We all really enjoyed them and their servings are HUGE! We all took home leftovers, which was a plus! Be prepared for large servings! The only drawback (if you want to consider it that) to our dinner was the level of spiciness here. Fr those of us who ordered mild heat, it was way more spicy than we are used to, so, if you aren't a fan of very spicy Thai food, be aware and order it with none. My father and mother in law, who are in their mid 80's, were smart and ordered their fried rice with no spice. I've never been to a Thai restaurant (one of my favorite cuisines!) that had such spicy mil. I just thought I'd warn my fellow Yelpers who are sensitive to hot and spicy food. We all left happy and really enjoyed our food. Oh, their Thai iced tea is delicious and is a very reasonable price, compared to other Thai restaurants.
