It has just the right amount of noodles and tender beef, and it's even topped with crispy fried pork skins that add the perfect crunch. If you enjoy spicy food, this is definitely a dish you need to try. The food comes out fairly quickly, so don't be surprised if your appetizer and entrée arrive around the same time. The extremely kind and attentive people who took care of us lunchtime today were very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity! I was given a menu and pointed to a gluten free notice. The owner, Amina I think, also told me that their curries are not gluten free because of regular soy sauce. I had a bowl of Tom Yom with shrimp. The flavor was PERFECT, and the soup was made with lots of real lemon grass. Usually, that's about it for this marvelous soup. Not here. The soup also had mushrooms and several grape tomatoes. I greatly enjoyed it. My wife and I shared Pad Thai with chicken, that is usually gluten free. It was delicious; maybe the best I've had in the area. I know that this tiny strip of stores is kinda out of the way. Next tjme you are jonesing for Thai food, find Amina Thai!

One thing to note is that the menu leans pretty heavily on coconut milk, which can be tricky for my wife because she has a sulfite allergy. What really impressed us, though, was Artha herself. She patiently answered all of our questions and even told us that if we call ahead, she'll source the one brand of coconut milk that doesn't contain sulfites so she can prepare dishes my wife can safely enjoy.
