I liked the variations in the menu. The prices are good, but to set expectations the sandwiches are small. Think Mcdonalds sized sandwiches. Quality and taste far exceeds McDonald's. I was also able to snag a cinnamon brown sugar oatmeal for $1.75 for my son and he at the whole thing. Lastly, the girls working were extremely sweet. I was a little groggy and had my hands full. They were super helpful. They seemed like high school aged girls and it is nice to see some high schoolers with great customer service.

When they fire or dismiss employees they do not explain why or give explanation in witting. They do not document incidents of sexual harassment or other discipline incidents, This facility is fility and represents this corporation poorly . All this may be verified by a spot inspection and a review of the employee files which are not even keep up, nor do they notify corporate when employees are arrested locally for DWI or other criminal activities. Also the business files for tax break with IRS for hiring employees that are on public or government assistance then does not comply with the law that requires these persons to work six months or more before being eligible for this tax credit, which is clearly tax fraud and also can be verified upon investigation or AUDIT. We will contact Internal Revenue and bring this to their attention. My son Dillen Lambert work at this store a very short time and witness all the above, also including young girls and women putting up with undue sexual harassment from supervisors whom threaten those Lady's the loss of their jobs if they did not comply . When Dillen Lambert confronted another employee who had worked there for two years he was fired without any paper work explain his dismissal due to a complaint from the other employee who as the one for whom was groping the cashiers and speaking to them inappropriately. The store is so cute! The mix of nostalgic candy, rare finds, antiques, ice cream, coffee, and bulk items can be overwelming, but in a positive way. It is almost like a candy / treat store and a museum all in one. On this trip, I got some coffee sample packets for my husband's Easter basket, a frappe for each of us, and a couple of candies for the household. The shop is bursting with products, so the aisles are a bit tight for passing people stopped to check out the fun products. Caledonia is a charming little village with shops, eats, and several outdoor adventures in the area.
