All rest of out meal was well to the level we've gained from eating here. Staff was really as always we have always expected and was delivered. The deserts was impressive and appreciated all of them. This is not an bad report, just an error that we were unfortunately gotten. We still have very high praise and so many outstanding meals in this restaurant and look forward to our next occasion to stop in for the wonderful great tasting food. If you haven't ate we strongly recommend to stopping in everything is great and you will see great service and friendly staff.

It took over 40 minutes to get very simple items (pretzels & cheese, toasted raviolis, soup, chicken nuggets) and when we did, the boneless chicken bits for example were hard and tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp. Probably had...20 mins? She never offered an update on the status of the food to explain the long wait time. After server finally brought the food, she asked if there was anything else she could bring, and I asked where my coconut shrimp was? She looked at me confused, so I said "my shrimp"? She turned and walked away and brought them out 10 minutes later with my no apologies for the delay. We all assumed she forgot to put them in. When I did get them, they were ok. The dipping sauce was odd, I'd recommend changing to a pineapple type sauce vs the red sweet/sour version. The food: my friend had the Cristo and said it was way too salty; pretzels tasted good though heavily salted and cheese sauce had a thick dried skin on top (sat too long under heat lamp?); another had the potato soup and it was delicious; my Brussels sprouts were ok though only room temperature (again sat too long?). I should note, this was on a Thursday night at 6, ordered food at 6:20, started receiving at 7:00, mine at 7:10. There were 6 of us. Again simple items that should not have taken 40+ minutes to pull together. We all agreed the server was not good (though we tried to find excuses for her behavior "serving is hard work the kitchen delays, etc." but there was really no real excuse for not being inattentive), and the food was not worth the expense. Bottom line: I won't make an effort to go again but do recommend others to give it a try in case our experience was not the norm.

I work across the street so I go often. Everyone is nice and the food and coffee are consistently good. Also, its the chillest spot to have dinner with friends and family. Pizza rocks.
