We will definitely return to try some of the other mouth watering options. Staff was attentive and super sweet. Glasses stayed full and we left stuff. The abbey is a beautiful building. Bacon was cold, hasbrowns cold, toast wouldn't even melt butter. I send back and they Microwaved it and sent is out COLD again. They remade it finally after throwing bacon in the deep fryer. The bill was the fastest served item and no consideration for the experience. Waitress said owner doesn't allow them to give concessions for a horrible kitchen. I wouldn't ever give them another dime.

When I brought this to the waitress's attention, I was told there were no refunds, and she brought me a new plate--even though I clearly explained that I did not want another plate. After waiting over an hour, we needed to leave and simply wanted the meal removed from our bill. We were again told they would not refund the meal. It took raising our voices before they finally agreed to remove the charge. The long wait, poor food quality, and especially the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

To make things worse, our waitress was extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. Her attitude alone made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A large restaurant with high ceilings and colorful art throughout the interior. Our server arrived moments after we were seated. She took our beverage requests and returned shortly with them. We had perused the menu briefly and started with a couple appetizers. Their Pretzels & Beer Cheese and the Smoke Pork Rangoon. Both were good choices. The pretzels were hot and just the right amount of course salt, a buttery dark golden brown crunchy exterior and warm soft bread interior. The smoked pork rangoon, a nice mixture of tender smoked pork with cream cheese filing. These are a nice twist on the traditional crab rangoon. Fried golden brown, with a flavorful filing. A good choice for an appetizer. For my lunch, I went with their Fish and Chips. Along with a side of the Gouda Mac. Two beer battered filets with slaw and fries. The fries and slaw were good, the filets were okay. They seemed like they were prepackaged though? The shape and texture did not match up with the house made fries and slaw. It was okay but nothing special. The Mac n Cheese was good, creamy rich gouda on warm shell macaroni. A nice serving with good flavor. 3.5 Stars All in all a decent lunch, not great, not bad it served its purpose. Rounded up for the staff. 01304
