I have gone to several podiatrists before this and have never received a bill like this. And other podiatrists do more than what the podiatrist at Medical Associates did. I've been trying to get my prescriptions renewed for five days now and nobody returns my call. Their answering service will not relay any messages because my need of medication "is not a medical emergency". I tried the patient portal but that crashed too. The doctors are excellent but the office is run unapologetically appallingly, take care of yourself and find another family medical center.
