They couldn't get my blood (I don't know how, I literally get told by every person who has taken my blood how easy my veins are), so I had to go to the lab next door. The woman who took my blood at the lab (easily, even after the person at the office blew my veins) said that they have been sending people over a lot to the lab because they can't get blood draws on people. I was waiting and waiting for my results. I eventually called and they said they could not find the results, they were lost. They said we don't know how to help you because we don't know where they are. I suggested the simple solution of calling the lab to find out the results (why would I have to tell them to do that?) They said ok, and I never got a call back. I then finally decided to do the dirty work for them, again. I finally get the results and low and behold, my blood work shows that I am prediabetic! I should have been being treated! I had to have another Dr interperet the results for me and I got started on meds to help my condition. I have even had other problems believe it or not besides this that are pretty bad, like they wouldn't approve a brain MRI for me after I went temporarily blind in my one eye. I saw my neurologist for this who is not in my insurance plan because I have been going to him for years and I love him. Insurance wouldn't approve it through him because he is not in the plan, so after seeing him for the problem he called and spoke with this office and asked if they would approve a brain MRI for me, and they said they would not without seeing me, so I made an appointment and got an exam, and they STILL said no because I did not see them initially for the problem! What?!? My neurologist had to call them and threaten to report them, so THEN they gave me a script. I will NEVER go back to this place. Its a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. They don't have the patients well-being in mind, it's like a circus over there.

Ceiling tiles removed, electrical wires hanging out, a tool box on the floor, ladder leaned up against the wall.... Awful for a medical exam room. Then the doctor came in.... The medical assistants handle many of the routine tasks, such as taking vitals, drawing blood, and performing EKGs. Dr. Sica focuses on more in-depth care--for example, during physical exams, he listens to my heart and lungs and carefully reviews my bloodwork to monitor the effectiveness of my medications and lifestyle changes. On a few occasions, Dr. Sica has brought his small dog, Oscar, into the exam room. This has never bothered me--Oscar is calm, doesn't interfere with the visit, and I don't have any allergies or anxiety about dogs. Typically, a nurse or front desk staff member follows up with me by phone to discuss test results. I've always had positive interactions with the staff--they're friendly and help make each visit a comfortable experience. Overall, I would recommend this medical office.

The doctor is the one that messed up the paperwork and the company handling my leave needs it filled out correctly. So done with this office. Been on leave for suspected COVID. Sent in paperwork multiple times to get filled out for work. After 3 attempts, they still got it wrong and I'm still not getting paid. They uploaded a blank document instead of my return to work letter. I went to the office to correct everything and explain that I could lose my job if it's incorrect. I was told by the office manager to "retain an attorney if I get fired." Plus my doctor is away until next week and no other doctors will help me. It's a shame because I really like Dr Corsello but the office itself is horrendous.

And it has been on a steady decline these past few years. I went to get a copy of my grandson's immunization records for college, the first receptionist, and I use that term lightly, typed his information into the computer and said, my computer is frozen, got up from her desk and asked the other assistant to help me. The next "assistant" typed in his information and handed me 1 sheet of paper with 1 immunization record from Aug. 23 on it and said that's all they have. I proceeded to tell her that was impossible, as he has been a patient of Dr. Hoerning for 3 years and ALL his records were transferred from his pediatrician. She insisted that was all they had. Again, I told her that was impossible. I asked if the doctor was in as this was not right. Well, she then asked the other woman if she could help me. What do you know? Out came 5 sheets of paper with ALL his immunization records from the time of his birth. I will continue to use Dr. Hoerning and Heather, as they are phenomenal, but something must be done about his office staff, before patients start looking for care at another more amicable and professional front office staff.
