Reuben and Samuel were a pleasure to work with and did a great job communicating about a very large and complex tree situation we needed handled. The pin oak tree was five+ feet across at the base, had high priority power and internet lines running all through the sprawling limbs and the roots were between the natural gas and water/sewer lines. The tree was close to my mom's home and branches hung over the home and the primary road with lots of traffic. These guys were able to take this tree down without impacting any of the utility services. They were methodical in their approach. Communicated with us throughout the process. They left the area better than when they arrived. We were extremely pleased with the work. They did it exactly to our specifications. We will use them again and highly recommend them for tree work. I found Rubens tree service thru Facebook and contacted him. He contacted me immediately and told me he would be over the next morning to give me an accurate quote. He gave us a quote that could not be beat! He told my husband he would be over the next morning to remove the palms and stumps! Anyway he ended up coming later in the day removed the tree in under 30 mins and removed the stump the following day. I was nervous because it was so close to our home but he did an amazing job! Called them out for tree trimming service and they proceeded to cut the tree and destroy my roses. Drag the tree branches over the roses and completely trampled them. I have to spend now $150 to replace these roses. When I called to complain he acted like he didn't speak English. Do not use this company. They're shady as hell. read more

Ruben replied to my first phone call quickly and that's all the good I have to say. We made an appointment the next day at 11 am. He showed up at 10 am and I was still on the road when he left. I called to make another appointment for later in the day and he said he couldn't make it. I asked for an appointment the next day and what was a good time for him. He said 8:30 am. Ok said ok even though I have a 2 hour drive to get to the property. I arrived at 8:15 am. I called him to let him know I was there. No answer! I called repeatedly until 10am. No answer!
