Elmer came out to give us a quote; he was very friendly and helpful. We scheduled the work, and the team arrived to lift and repair our house's foundation. They did an excellent job, and the team was professional. Afterward, we noticed some plumbing issues. Allied was able to send a team to fix that as well (additional charge), and they did a great job. Unfortunately, rain interrupted the work, and the crew had to leave early. The next day, Raymond and his teammate came back and completed the repairs. They were very professional and efficient. Overall, our experience was excellent, and I would recommend Allied Foundation.

I asked Continental Foundation to inspect my house because I needed a second opinion as to whether…read moreor not work needed to be performed. I am in the middle of selling a house and the decision to have work done is expensive in time, if not necessarily in cost, as any interior repairs would have to be done a month after the foundation work was completed, to let stress in the structure settle & relieve. One of the owner's, Frank, came out and inspected the foundation. He was extremely knowledgeable and discovered a myriad of things that I was not aware of regarding foundation work, such as the different type of piles and that because it was structural work, the repairs should be stamped by a professional engineer, and that if Continental did any work, his plans would in fact be stamped. In the end he determined that the foundation was good as is and that I did not need to go chasing unnecessary repairs at this point in time. Needless to say, that was great news to hear and shows what an upstanding company Continental Foundation is. Many other companies would have been more than happy to start digging around the house to perform costly and substandard work.

When I complained about it all I got from the Manager or Owner or whoever it was, was a oops, sorry shit happens. We talked to them. No true apology no we are so sorry. He even said this isn't the first time! Then it took them months to bill me for the work. When they finally did they never got around to sending the engineering report even though the engineer said it would be completed within 24 hours. Oh they also magically were somehow never able to pull a permit so they deducted money from my bill for that. They decided to not put one pilling in on installation day without telling me, however they did remove the charge for it. I guess that's honest. I just now 5 months later got my warranty paperwork. Very timely. I should have gone with Atlas Foundation Repair. I had forgotten to do any review until they just sent an email to provide a review. I am sure they are not happy now.

He worked quickly and efficiently in assessing each of the first floor apartments as well as the exterior of the building. I had accepted the possibility that the building would need some foundation repairs because the sewer line underneath had been replaced three years earlier and I knew that could cause some foundation issues. Also there had been some settling in an upstairs apartment which caused some concern. He had an opportunity to tell me anything and I would have believed him. However he assured me that the foundation did not have any issues that would require repairs of any kind. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity and will recommend Jericho at every opportunity.

We got 3 estimates in that each of the three companies sent their staff to the house in reviewing and preparing data for estimates. The estimates from the 3 companies came back with wide range of recommendations and costs. Tony from Star Techn came to do the estimate. He was very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. We picked Star Techn. Foundation Repair because of their estimate and recommendation made sense and not upselling with so many different options which added more costs. Flor was great in her responsive and constant communications with me from the beginning and throughout the project. Flor and Henry were able to work with my schedule to start the project. In addition to keeping the work around the house free of trash and organized, the crew really worked hard and well together in getting the project done in such short amount of time which exceeded my expectations. We have 2 large oak trees close to the front of the house. During the digging of the holes , the crew cut lots of the roots with some as large as one foot in diameter. Apparently, these tree roots have been moving towards the house causing the elevation and foundation issues at the front part of house. Because of discovering this issue, Flora informed me and recommended the metal tree root barrier service that they can do. After reviewing the process and considering protecting the investment of the house foundation from further future damage, we proceeded with the metal root barrier service. Glad we did this since we discovered more large roots encroaching the house that the crew had to cut off. Star Techn Foundation Repair ensured that our door locks and sprinkler system worked after leveling and the completion. We are very happy and satisfied with Star Techn Foundation.

We first reached out to Star Techn to help us with the inspection of the home we planned to purchase. The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate. This proved to be critical in helping us negotiate during the option period. Then when it came time to begin the work they stayed in contact with us the entire time. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept us in the loop the entire time during the project and were candid when they spotted issues or uncovered things that needed to be fixed (like plumbing). The biggest thing for us during this project is that we truly felt like we were receiving an honest assessment and fair value for the work being performed. On day one I never imagined how much digging would be taking place around the foundation but I have to say the quality of the work and the way everything was restored to normal in the yard after everything was completed was extraordinary. I have to admit that the perimeter around the house looked even better than before they started work. In other words, this company ensured things looked the exact same way or better than before they started construction. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. You should not hesitate to get a quote from this vendor even if you are shopping around. We are so grateful for all the care and attention to detail this family-run business exhibited.
