First time getting my car detailed & this is the cleanest it's looked since I bought it!…read more Scheduling was easy to do through text, and I was able to make a same-day appointment. I opted for the Prince Elite package since my car really needed a good scrub down of its exterior & interior. Marco, the detailer, did a fantastic job. My car was super sandy from past fishing & camping trips, and he got everything out! He even got out old bug and sap stains from the windows. My car is super shiny now, and I'm happy all of the sand/dirt marks are gone. I'm super happy I found Elyon Mobile Detail because it was very convenient to have them come to me. The package value was really worth it!

They were very communicative and detailed, showed up on time; and excellent customer service. The price was a bit higher comparatively but I've had friends get quoted from other places and once they show up they state they need to pay more. This is why i appreciated Elyon asking for photos ahead of time so they could accurately quote me and not surcharge day of service. What they quote is what you pay! I paid for an interior only service and will definitely book them again in the future and recommend to my friends and family in the area! 10/10 and so worth it!! (I will post better pictures!)

After the appointment, they left us some gifts to maintain vehicle cleanliness (air freshener and microfiber towels). There was no oily residue left over from the products (which I was afraid of). He was fast at clean up too. Overall great experience.

I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. If you're thinking about getting PPF or tint, do yourself a favor and talk to Armando first. Can't recommend him and ProTek enough.

From my first contact with Mike, I was impressed with his customer service. I scheduled service for Saturday morning and prior to my service time, Mike called to let me know he was running a bit late. He arrived when he said and prior to beginning any work, walked around the car with me wanting to know about areas with which I had concerns. We did the same for the interior of the car. Mike then explained the exterior and interior service he would be doing, along with the types of products he would be using. He then went about this business. Now my car was already in good condition, but after Mike was finished, he had bumped it up several layers. The outside of the car was shown at another level and the interior was clean. I appreciated that Mike's interior products did not leave any slippery feel and no fake car smells. I would sum up Mike's work as thorough and highly detailed. I am looking forward to scheduling with him soon, to detail our other car. If you are looking for a great auto detailer, then I highly recommend Mike.

After calling Amica's regional female supervisor in Texas, she correctly & graciously agreed that changing the title back to clean.
