Absolutely horrible, we arrived on Saturday after emailing them on Friday about looking at the 2007 Nissan Murano.. when we arrived we told one worker that we emailed and scheduled an appointment, he asked what car ect and then told us it's around the back and to go look at it ourselves. When we seen the car it definitely wasn't the one in the pics advertised. There was no driver side mirror, flat tire, massive dent on front bumper. They were asking for 2,999.. absolutely disgusting. You wouldn't of even been able to test drive it 1. Because of all the stuff I mentioned above and 2. As it was parked in the back with loads of other cars parked in front. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.. we were willing to spend at least 10,000 on a decent car but nobody was willing to even acknowledge us there. read more

This auto dealership is horrible he has an ad on Cars.com 2005 ford explorer with 16,000 miles.. i called to verify and he says "yes." "i have that car bad transmission" "no reverse"come with cash only".. i asked are you sure 16,000 miles. He repeatedly said yes. i took off half day of work i withdraw money from my bank. I drove 1 hour from Bronx. I get there and it really was 161,000 miles the jerk was un apologetic with excuse his little brother answered the phone .he shows me his website on his phone. I purchased my MB E350 in December 2020. I expressed to them that I really needed a dependable vehicle to get around to support my child and myself- single mom. I also explained that I had no room for choosing the wrong vehicle bc I was spending my last. I paid above market value, all cash and they refused to budge on the price. I really wanted the vehicle and it seemed okay so I paid. I kept hearing a clicking noise from day one, also- car leaned to the right a bit. Finally checked out 4 months later bc the clicking was get louder and wheel began to make a loud noise like the metal was buckling under pressure or something. This, after driving to SC twice, FL once, upstate NY a couple times and to CT a couple times. When the mechanic put car in the air, they showed me evidence where my vehicle had been involved in an accident. I'm the only driver of my vehicle and also a very careful driver. Rubber Bros. sold me this car while they were well aware of the damage when they sold it to me. It's costing $4,000 to fix the suspension issues and replace the actual undercarriage of the vehicle. The damage is immediately visible underneath. Although the engine is in top notch condition, $4K was not in the budget. They knew and could've at least been upfront and worked with me on the price. I wanted the car, I would've still purchased it. I begged of the man to just be honest with me. My daughter and I could've been hurt really badly with all the traveling we've been doing. The entire under-panel is smashed, cracked and bent. My axle could've broken at anytime if I wasn't such a careful driver. Don't trust these people. They obviously don't have a heart and care more about making money than satisfying customers. What? Did they not even care that I would find out. They made a point of telling me that my 3 month warranty only covered the engine. Talk about criminal. I just want the Rubber Bros. to know that Karma is real. You got over on me yesterday, but tomorrow you will loose so much that your heads will spin. This place is horrible. I requested information about a 2003 Ford Taurus, and received a text message from two different numbers. One of them responded late, the other send me a link to the car, insuring me that they still had the car available. I even called them. My sister drove my mother and I to go see the car, from SI to Brooklyn, only to speak to someone working there that told us, they no longer have the car. I was messaged the same day, informing me that they still had the car. The guy told me, "go to the back and see if it's there." When I went to check, most of the cars they had were in bad condition. Holy moly, this place is bad. Made a reservation to see a specific vehicle, my wife and I drove 2 hours to come look at it. When we arrive it's parked all the way in the back, parked in so tightly you can't actually get close to it. It's banged up - their pictures seem to be intentionally poor - filthy inside and out and full of food garbage. I figure we should test drive it anyway, since we came so far, and then they tell us we can't because it has major mechanical issues with the transmission and is undriveable, but they'll be fixing it soon. I went a great distance to see a Chevrolet Equinox advertised on FB Marketplace by this dealer. The car so beautifully pictured was not the car in place. The real one was rust, had gashes in the leather, and was totally messed up. I doubt if it was driveable. Almost worse, the representatives were totally indifferent. I wish it was possible to give this place a minus star. I only am giving it one because I want tis review to be noted. This outfit leaves a black mark on Brooklyn itself. Don't go there. I call to see the availability of a 2009 CT4 Cadillac priced at 8,999 with 69K miles. I spoke to Jay for the availability. Jay told me it was and when I would want to come in for a look. I told Jay i would be coming from NJ. I did go in to see the car. I went to the Kings HWY location only to find out it was moved to another location Atlantic autos. I had to wait about two hours to get a test drive because there was only one person at the lot. While waiting the sales person got a call, it was them I was told the price has gone up because of what was put into the car buy $2000 and to drive out with the car it would be $13500. Needless to say I was pissed and that I was no longer interested. I called over to KH and was told he would take care of it. No more than 2 min had passed and the SP got a call and said it was back to the sticker price. I test drove the car I felt the breaks were low but the rest seemed ok. Then we started talking #'s. Then the surprise dealer fee was added $995 with no prior mention. Also a $375 paper work fee(reg etc) for what became a total of 11280, including tax on the DF and PW. We went back and forth and came to $11,000. I left $500 cash to go home and was given 14 days to think about it. For the next few days I spent trying to contact Jay. The 3 numbers KH, AA and RBA would ring until it disconnected. I was told if I wanted the car the and told them to proceed $500 wont be refunded if the car after inspection needed anything to be done. I finally got through and asked if Jay could call me back. I got a call from Sale person at Atlantic auto. I spoke to him about recovering my deposit, he said ok. I went back got my cash deposit and wish him well. read more

He shows me the car and says its $3,500. THEN, another salesman comes up and says he believes the car is $7K - $10K. He goes to "check," and comes back and says the car is $6K. Beware!!!!! This is not a light auto sales lot!!! I called for a vehicle that was supposedly on the lot but they could not discuss it at all. Wanted to purchase with a cashiers check and needed to conclude price negotiations on the phone while I was in the bank to get exact check amount but they were unable to have the conversation. So I had a fried who Ives in Flatbush stop by and check it out anonymously. He called be back and said stay away!!!
