The ambiance was beautiful and calming, but unfortunately, that was the only relaxing part of my visit. The massage itself felt unstructured and lacked any real flow. There was little to no pressure throughout the session, and while I understand that massage oil is part of the experience, it honestly felt like more time was spent applying oil than actually working on my muscles. I left feeling like I hadn't received the relaxing massage I was expecting. The most disappointing part of my visit was the lack of privacy. While I was lying face up during the massage, covered only by a thin sheet, someone OPENED the treatment ROOM DOOR. Being in such a vulnerable position made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would have expected better communication and procedures to ensure clients' privacy during their appointments. Overall, this was not the birthday experience I had hoped for. I left disappointed and feeling that my money could have been better spent elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and based on my experience, I can't recommend this spa to others.

I requested a 90 minute body massage. The full body massage is done with oil first, then hot stones. Afterwards, your face, head, arms and legs are massaged with lotion. The room was very comfortable with dim lighting and calming music. The massage table was heated! There was a chair for you to place your things. I called in a few days early to make sure they have availability. But, I believe they take walk-ins. I'm definitely going to visit regularly. I would highly recommend this to others. Not only is their pricing fair, they're also open late to accommodate different work schedules.
