Been seeing Patti for almost ten years now. Everytime in town, I make it a priority to make an appointment with her. Absolutely welcoming environment from the moment you walk in till when you walk out. read more

I had a great experience at Authentic Thai Massage By Patti. I walked out feeling amazing--completely relaxed, and all the muscle soreness I came in with was gone without that post-massage "beat up" feeling you sometimes get. I went with a traditional Thai massage, and it was exactly what I was hoping for: deep, intentional work with a lot of stretching. She even got up on the table to really lean in and get the pressure where it needed to be. No walking on my back, but honestly, she didn't need to--she got plenty of depth without it. The therapist was very friendly and professional. She took the time upfront to ask about my goals, any health issues, and specific areas of pain, which I always appreciate. She does have a fairly strong accent, so I had to focus a bit more at times, but her English is excellent and it didn't take away from the experience at all. I also want to note how professional she was on a personal level. She shared that she had recently gone through a significant loss, and despite that, she remained fully present, kind, and focused throughout the session. That level of dedication really stood out. The environment was spot on. The waiting area was calm and comfortable with a relaxing video playing, and the massage room itself was just right--soothing music, perfect lighting (not too bright, not too dark), and thankfully not overly perfumed. Pricing was actually lower than I expected, especially for the quality of the massage. Definitely felt like a good value. One note: if you like deep tissue work, this is your place. I specifically asked for deep pressure, and she delivered. It got intense at times--but in the best way. In my opinion, a truly therapeutic massage should hurt a little... the ends justify the means, and in this case, they absolutely did. I was planning to go back in two weeks, but honestly, she did such a good job I didn't feel like I needed to. I'm just now starting to feel due again, so I'll be booking another appointment soon. I've already recommended her to several colleagues and even a few of my own patients. I'll definitely be back. read more

Patti is amazing ! Always accommodating and helps heal my knots. Working doing hair these massages are needed and are always relaxing.

Comfortable setting, professional approach, my poor stiff shoulders have finally found some help. Highly recommended.

Worst service provided by Patti. Reserved everything online, got confirmations via their portal. Get to appointment only to find out Patti overbooked over my appointment because they could bother to scroll down and ready full email. Won't be coming here again!!!! read more

I had never had a Thai massage. I really loved the stretching part, that was great. I was not as fond of some other parts, but I realize it's a different style of massage that I might not be used to. The office was very nice and professional. read more

Have not had a quality massage in forever, until I found Patti. Been looking for someone local. Finally found Patti on Yelp and had my first massage with her today. It was very relaxing and therapeutic. Someone that knows how to do a deep tissue massage to get to the knots in my back. I have neck & lower back issues that also need chiropractic care. So I've been looking for someone that can do both or can give a really good deep tissue massage to get my body ready for an adjustment. I did a 90 min deep tissue massage and she did a great job stretching afterwards. I will definitely make another appointment with her in 2 weeks so I can finally start feeling better in my body again. Thank you read more

2nd visit was even better, Patti was able to spend more time on trouble areas, for me it is my shoulders and neck) ..Success! walked in tight and restricted and walked away loose and relaxed. Highly recommend if you work out or train hard. read more

Wow. It wasn't until I had the massage that I realized how much I actually needed it. My muscles are looser and I feel great. Excellent price, quality, and overall experience. Street parking only and the ones right in front of the building are 1hr parking during business hours. Apple Pay, venmo, and cash accepted as payment which was convenient. Room was clean. Recommend. read more

What a pleasant experience!!! I've had so many massage therapies due to chronic upper and lower body pain but all pales in comparison to Patty's expertise and skill! I came in after having suffered frequent tension headaches and back stiffness. She was able to accommodate me the next day! The reception area was nice, clean and cozy upon arrival. Patty was very professional from start to finish. Her massage therapy room was not only well equipped but the ambience was very relaxing. I had the deep tissue aromatherapy massage which I loved! Patty asked questions to better understand my issues and suggested the type of massage needed. I was just desperate for pain relief so I agreed to a full body deep tissue massage. First of all, Patty is strong and when I mean deep tissue massage, you'll feel it and the immediate relief. As always, you must convey the massage intensity to your therapist and what your preferences are. I was happy to get the firm intensity to loosen the tight knots. After the session, I felt immediate relief and a sense of restored well being. I was pretty sore the day after but par for the course and to be expected. The relief I received from her massage was immediate and I will most definitely, DEFINITELY, come back to see Patty for my future massage therapies! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants a quality massage experience. Just a reminder to anyone, massage therapists work extra hard for your relaxation and pain relief. They exert a great amount of physical effort to provide you the pain relief you need. Please tip generously. Cheers! read more

Once past the older exterior of the building, the place inside is pretty and clean. Lights are dimmed and the room is heavily scented, but I loved how cozy it felt to be inside. Patti was very welcoming, with the heated table, light spa music, and the tea and cookies after the massage. Patti was amazing!!! She really knows what she's doing. My fave was that she was able to pop my back like no one else ever has! I appreciate that the oils she used didnt seem scented, and I liked that she left it on, as opposed to other places that wipe it off with a wet towel. She was very gentle and nurturing while working on my body, yet she easily applied pressure where she needed too. I really had to breathe while she worked out some knots... but its been hours after my massage and I still feel amazing! read more

I was in Salinas for work, and was lucky to find an open spot at this small studio. Patti is an extremely skilled, intuitive and talented body worker. Patti is incredible. She truly understands the body & cares about the work she's doing. I went in not knowing exactly what to expect but it was great. She did a half regular/half thai massage because I had never had a thai massage before & everything was really tight. The Thai portion of the massage is very interactive - you don't just lay there. You're being stretched and she's holding you in positions then asks you to move certain ways to work or stretch certain muscles. She used a fair amount of pressure (which I prefer) but made sure to keep checking in throughout the session ensuring I was comfortable. I appreciated that she found the knots and the really tight areas and spent extra time there. There have been many massages where I left feeling like they didn't customize what they do to match my needs. As if there's a cookie cutter way to give a massage. I felt the opposite after leaving here. I highly recommend. read more
