MRI, rest, physical therapy, medication, you name it.. the pain was by far affecting my daily life! I wish that I had seen Dr. Gaily right away. He assured me that he could get me back on track & in the gym. Even more importantly, my pain became manageable & often pain free. I have continued to see Dr. Gaily a few times a month & maintain my active lifestyle of lifting & cardio. I can't imagine what I would be doing had I not decided to see Dr. Gaily. I have to add he has proficient & caring office staff! Don't hesitate like I did if you are thinking of seeing a chiropractor.

I feel reassured knowing that Dr. Gaily and the staff are ready to help if an emergency comes up. As I move into the next stage of my life, I appreciate having Dr. Gaily on my holistic care team and enjoy the athletic atmosphere in the treatment rooms.

I can tell instantly when a person puts their hands on me if they have the gift of touch and Steve is the real deal. A beautiful and intimate space with many amazing plants bespeaks of a personal and inviting sanctuary for one to rest and heal. When one entrusts one's body to a healer one must be able to do just that and Steve's gifted technique has been honed over years of applied principles to the point of mastery. He is capable of any level of massage or healing: one only need to specify desired modality and pressure. Massage began with a good epsom salt foot scrub and then progressed to one of the deeper applications of pressure point massages I've ever had in my life, and I've had a few. To use this level of strength and pressure a person really must know what they're doing to effect healing and not injury, and healing is certainly the case here at Livewell massage; one of the finest boutique massage outfits on the planet, sans the boutique pricetag. I was poured a nice cup of some cherry juice at end to hydrate cause man, I was zonked! In a word - Go!

The soft gentle sounds and aromas soothe even the most savage of beasts. The staff is friendly and polite and very accommodating. The services offered are varied and plentiful. Dear fellow Yelpers,…read more I developed Golfers Elbow and my Primary Care Physician at Kaiser recommended I take 600mg of Advil 3 times a day. Tried it out for several weeks and didn't see any positive results (not to mention the damage it does to one's liver over time). I decided to go with a more holistic approach to repairing my elbow and see a chiropractor. *Fingers crossed* After my first visit, Dr. Troy *with his subtle yet comforting New York accent* had relieved any pain I'd been feeling in my elbow AND also decreased any stress I had from that entire week due to normal work and home stressors. I hadn't felt this great in a while and was surprised on my way to the elevator. To confirm my elation, on the way out the receptionist was like "WOW. You havin' a great day ain't ya?!" :-) Facts for me: I always walk out of his office feeling better than I did coming in. I always get some really solid advice on how to de-stress and listen to my body. I'd STRONGLY recommend getting a consultation appointment even if you're even the slightest bit curious about Chiropractics. Side note: When hugging someone, hug them so your hearts line up. Dr. Troy will instruct you on how to make this happen! Much Love and Thanks Dr. Troy! Sincerely, Justin
