There were complexities involved with respect to a fireplace and two doors that also had lower levels. While Moises' estimate may not have been the lowest or highest of the ones I found, I got the most confidence from Moises and his team to be able to execute the project competently in the manner I needed. In contrast, competitors (some also with 5 star reviews on Yelp, others referred by acquaintances) were trying to force me into their own personal plan of the project, which quite predictably involved much more than I was asking to be done or needed - along with significantly higher risk, cost, and time for me, while of course making _them_ more money. This aspect is a typical problem with Bay Area contractors, in how they try to take advantage of their customers, so one always has to use their BS-meter. Moises stood out with his integrity, straightforwardness and customer-focus. The job was very well executed by Moises/team with great attention to detail, including guiding me to selecting quality material. Moises also personally supervised the progress of the project and the quality of the work being done. Highly recommended for very high quality work, honesty and very strong customer-focus of Moises and his crew.
